Dude, Just Be A Model
Find out why Nicole got mad at everyone this week.
April 29, 2009This week the models had to work with animals, and then they did a refined country look on the catwalk. We'll go through each model. First there's Branden. How he's doing?
I think he's doing great. He was really funny on this episode because he was so scared of the bull, which was really unexpected from him. He did a good job. He needs to work on his posture. Other than that he's good. I thought it was so funny how the trainer took away his bacon. He made me fall in love with bacon.
It seems like the guys are eating poorly, but it doesn’t seem to affect them.
Branden looks like he has naturally good genes. Sandhurst has big thighs and he's a dancer and all that, but did you see the size of that cereal bowl? I cannot believe he was eating that. Come on, man.
What about Sandhurst? He didn't get the go-see because he couldn't really fit the jeans.
I'm sure he can tone down a bit. I don't think anyone's really addressed it because his body is so ripped.
He used to be stronger on runway with bad pictures, but now that's reversed.
I agree with Harry Josh about how he has his eyes closed on the runway and he just looks really, really tired and bored. I feel like he could use a bit more energy and in his photos he's been taking advice well and he's stopped being such a performer. He's relaxed. When I first saw him he came off as really commercial to me.
What about Jonathan?
Jonathan is doing really great and the only thing he really needs to work on is his arms with his walk. He looks like a classic model. He's doing well. He owned it this week. It was cool to see him in his element. He was graceful and not cocky about it.
What about Mountaha?
She had a little trouble with the calf she worked with. I felt really bad for it. I just wanted to jump in there and save it. It's hard when you work with an animal because you know you can't speak to them, but they do see your energy. She had a really anxious energy about it. That made it hard. Sandhurst was with the same animal and he did it brilliantly. Mountaha just needs to be sometimes and realize what's going on around her. She needs to get into her surroundings a little more. That would have worked for her.
Have you worked with a lot of animals before?
Yeah. Tons. But it's hard, you know? I've worked with Rottweilers and tons of different animals. Some of them are really hard to control. I did this work for Cartier and we had poodles and dalmatians walking down the runway and they were just walking all over the place. Why would you do this? These dogs just can't walk straight. I'm walking down a runway. You kind of just have to work with it.

I think Jordan ,Jonathan,and Sandhurst will be the last three .(although I don't think Jordan has a sweet personality and ballet skills may cannnot help Sandhurst win this competition,he is really smart ,too smart I think. )
and ,Colin is the biggest pity I think ,he needs too much time to learn too much things ,Judges are right ,this is not a model school ,though Colin leaved here at the moment ,in the near future ,he can be a shinning star if he would like to pay some efforts.

I am sooooooo glad you are on this show, you ARE the reason I decided to give it a shot. Finally one of these "model making " shows has a current, young,fresh model on board!! I hope that you are permanent because you seem to care a lot more then Tyson does about all of these models and you show us all what a real model should look like!
As a mentor, I think Nicole is too young and inexperienced. And her comment about CJ acting like she doesnt care was hypocritical cos she talks very carelessly too. Like she's got something in her mouth.
The judges are annoying. i do believe the photographers don't always pick the best shot. The Perou guy - he must not be able to see well with those glasses on. And for him to say Branden acts cocky? O my. he has no humble bone in his body. He said he can't work with someone who's cocky? I wonder how people can work with him.

Am I the only one who likes Salome's walk? The judges keep beating up on her runway performances but I can't take my eyes off her. Her walk is sexy without being whoreish, and very distinctive. A real, honest-to-god signature walk. She should be working on refining that walk, adding more confidence and power, instead of changing it. Why can't Tyson and the judges see that? They seem "stuck" on what they think is a "good" stride. It is frustrating to watch week after week. Frankly, they aren't winning any fans on this end. Of course, what do I know? I'm just a viewer.
I am so upset that Colin got sent home!!!! I know that he had a lot to work on, but his appeal alone should have left him in the show! He was the reason I watched each week!!!
Colin-- I hope we get to see more of you somewhere else! You can do it!
I was SO hoping to see Amanda go home, THEN maybe Colin next week. I was hoping with just a little more time, he would get it. I felt that when he reached out to Sandhurst, he was ready for that change. Sandhurst and Jonathon, being the good guys that they are, I think would have helped him.
I like Amanda, just not as a Supermodel. I support her as a mom and achieving dreams, but I think she will 'get it' more when she leaves and gets advice from those that are close to her.
I think you are AMAZING Nicole! My eyes are glued to you and Tyson, when you both come up on screen.
So do you show the models their walks afterwards, as you kind of suggested? I think it would be neat to see their reactions to watching themselves and all the others.
Yes please soemone pull that stick out of MAggie Rizers Ass...she is not all that and her judging seems defensive and childish. She made me and alot of other people I know dislike her. The judges are harsh- but make sense, she's just an idiot, n do not see the super model thing....sorry Mag
Does Maggie Riter continually miss hair and makeup? It seems to match her personality and lack of passion for the profession. I think she's overly harsh and seems to take revenge. Can't Brave pick another judge that's worthy of judging these models? There's a way you give constructive critism without killing the persons dreams, hopes and goal. Lighten up Maggie, you have been judged!
For the first time I think the judges made a mistake in sending Colin home. I should have been Amanda this week, I thought her photo was much weaker than Colin's. And could someone please pull the stick out of Maggie Rizer's A......
Nicole I am so glad that you stood up for Colin, but wasn't that TYSON's job? He was insulting and non supportive of a very great guy. As I said, I'm glad that you stood up for him, but I am very concerned that you did it at the expense of your girls. You don't even care about them. It's your job to take care of them and you fail miserably every week.
OMG I AM SOOOOoOoooooooO Sad that Colin got sent home. I just wish he could have let loose and not put so much thinking into what he thought he should be! He was so damn cute and genuine. I'd marry him if it were legal and he was into guys lol. I wish him the best of luck. Look out everyone cause here comes Jonathan to trample you all.
I miss Niki Taylor being on the show. Nicole is not in the same league and the show is not as good with her as a host. I like the show but it would be better without her - she is irritating. Thank goodness Tyson is still there.
