This week was our nude shoot and my accessory was the glove. Bill chose a great shot for me. The experience of being nude in front of a group of 30 people is truthfully uncomfortable, and any other model in the contest who says otherwise is lying (I know for a fact). The thing is after the initial discomfort you have to commit to the task at hand and forget about everything else.
At the catwalk we were all asked to adorn giant glass bowls filled with 30 butterflies. The task itself in theory was great, but the wings of the butterflies proved to be a bit more ticklish than I expected.
This week the criticism across the board was that we were not bringing what we needed to bring to claim the contract. The judges were making it clear that this was not going to be a gift; this was going to be a prize that needed to be taken by the strongest candidate.
This week was bittersweet because though I was awarded immunity, the critique from the judges was basically that I was the best of a mediocre bunch. Great job for me … I guess.
