Trying to see if there will be a season 3 and will any tryouts be in Atlanta, GA?

Bravotv.com: We have the finale. First, the three guys have to shoot those Polaroid pictures and it was kind of less is more in those pictures. Do you think that is harder to do?
Yeah, it’s just like an actor playing himself. It’s harder to play yourself than to play someone else.
Bravotv.com: What did that opportunity mean for them to shoot with that camera and that photographer?
It’s a once in a lifetime event. Probably by now, there’s not that much film left in the world for that camera. So, not too many people are really going to have a chance to shoot with it. I was fortunate to shoot with it at least three times in my career. And I also got to shoot with it while we were on the set as well.
Bravotv.com: Who do you think did the best in that part?
I believe it went to, I have to say, the first was Branden, then the second was Sandhurst, and then Jonathan. And then once they got to the photo shoot at Cosmo, Jonathan just did the same pose. Even when they were asking him to change, he still didn’t change. He just stood there. And he even admitted, “Yo, I’m stuck in neutral.” I guess under all that pressure, he couldn’t suffice. And then again, Sanhurst, when he was asked to do something, he too couldn’t portray that sexy. And then when Brandon was up there, he just had fun with it.
I think in the last episode you see Branden having the most fun, which helped determine why he was the winner. So, that’s why it came in third, second, first, the way that it did.
Bravotv.com: Do you think the right person won?
By that, episode, yeah, I think so. He clearly was the one to accelerate when it needed to be accelerated and I personally thought Sanhurst was going to take it but he fell short with the Cosmo cover. And then he did the thing of taking his shirt off, which loosened him up, but you’ve got to be able to keep your shirt on and still do the job.
Bravotv.com: And the final catwalk. You’ve kind of been critical of Branden’s catwalk. Did you see an improvement?
Yeah, It’s definitely better. It’s not up to supermodel status but that’s what the cards dealt. It definitely got better because he took my advice and kept his hands in his pocket so it avoided his arms looking like they were swaying. He’s got this "hip-hop homeboy" style of walking when his arms are out.

I was stunned by how poorly the girls did in season two, particularly from the half-way mark on. I suspect the girls have too often been complacent, whereas you always had your guys ready to play their A game.
Here are my suggestions for season three:
-Let's have a New York Fashion Week finale tie-in for the top three or four. -Bring in a female co-host who can light a fire under the girls. (I hope Bravo brings in Bridget Hall.) -In addition to Bridget as co-host, bring in supermodel-to-be Holly Ridings ("Launch My Line", "Project Runway 7") as mentor and runway coach to the girls. Based on last season, the girls need all the help they can get.
Will there be a Season 3? I really hope so. Also, I was totally surprised that Branden, I totally thought it would be between Sandhurst and Jonathan. Anyway, there should be a season 3. Good luck with that!
I agree with many of the viewers: Sandhurst should have been "the chosen one". He rocks, and I am sure his career will be more visible than Brandon´s. Brandon will get lost in the shuffle. He is just too ordinary. Nice kid though. Please get rid of Nicole next season. It hurts to just listen to her. She kind of clenches her teeth and doesn't open her mouth, and no personality. She should take a lesson from Ms. Shimizu.
Tyson, you and I know very well know that Sandhurst should have won ! Sandhurst was robbed from winning that competition and contract. Sandhurst from the very beginning until the end was consistently the best and had great showmanship. Although you are my favorite Supermodel "Tyson", I believe that Sandhurst will be bigger than you and hopefully beyond a soon-to-become-supermodel, he will unlike you have an acting career as well!!!
I think Sandhurst should have won hands down. Jonathan coming in a close second. But Brandon?? I did not see that coming. When Tyson made the comment that Sandhurst had the body of a supermodel and the face of an accountant, what the heck did that mean. The only thing that made sense is the show is called "Make me a Supermodel". Sandhurst has what it takes to be a supermodel and the judges did not see him as a challenge. Anyway, I love the show and cannot wait until next season. P.S. Get some new judges, they were really quite nasty and non of them had room to be, except Jenny Shimizu. I could not wait to see what shoes or outfit she would be wearing.
I totally supported your decision for Branden! He is a great model and improved a lot throughout the season. Johnathan and Sandhurst were amazing models as well but they did not need this win as much. Im sure they could walk into any modeling agency and book jobs immediately.
ok, if you wanted to choose 'most improved', then maybe Branden. But 'supermodel'? very poor decision. I thought Branden's final photos that the judges were raving about were very odd-looking. And suddenly Jonathan has become 'forgettable'? In what way? He has a rugged, out-of-the-ordinary look. What a bizarre decision! Really annoying. Just makes me think you judges don't know what you're doing!
As far as I am concerned, Sandhurst is the clear winner here, followed by Jonathan in a close second position. Sandhurst is not just a beautiful young man, but he is well-spoken, bright, intelligent, has a lot of grace, and he was such a calming influence on the other models! He clearly has it all. Are you saying intelligence is not a necessity in the fashion world? Branden the winner?!! Are you kidding me? MERCY!!!
I loved this Season. In my opinion, Brandon, Jonathon and Sandhurst all deserved to be in the finale. I could have lived with any one of them being selected as the winner. I think they are all winners and will find much success in the future.
In defense of Brandon's win. I would like to comment on the fact that he was on the verge of elimination several times and was given some "well deserved" harsh criticism. Instead of being destroyed by this criticism he listened and changed his attitude and performance and was able to go from the bottom to the top.
Pretty good for an eighteen year old.
Tyson, love this show. Can't wait for next season.
I was very surpreised when tyson revealed the winners name. I did not think Branden had a chance to be made into a Supermodel. It was very shocking and disappointing!
I was disappointed in the verdict. Both Jonathan and Sandhurst are more qualified and versatile.
Branden is not only young but emotionally immature. I sincerely hope he finds a mentor to help him develop wisdom and social skills and mental strength, or he will be "used and abused" and become a victim of those who pretend to be his friends.
Also, isn't anyone else tired of that smirk?
You are right, Branden deserved it all the way. Branden has natural talent and always seemed to be able to pull it out. I pretty much knew it was going to be him from the Nude photo shoot on. It just seemed that his catwalk from the episode on became very interesting and something I'm used to seeing in Paris. I though Sandhurst was the funniest and Jon the best body and were more sophisticated and had more experience at this they were very average. Being technically the best walker or consistent in photographs isn't going to get u the jobs. Its the guy thats exciting that has the extra something thats unforgettable that gets the jobs and captures the public's attention. By the way these people who think Sandhurst and Jon are so much smarter than Branden, heck they are 5 and 8 years older than him, they better be more sophisticated and more articulate otherwise they are morons. He's exactly where he should be at his age. Again nothing beats natural talent.
I believe this show must be fake. Because otherwise it makes no sense. Branden is a supermodel who cannot even pronoounce the name of designers. Who does not understand about expensive shoes. Who could sell nothing to any of customers both times they tried. Whose walk was terrible. Who had to get a lot of direction for every photo. Who photographer constantly complained about. You believe he can be a supermodel because he gavea coky grin in his last shoot - so you are saying that it does not take hard work and consitencey when trying to be a model. Johathan was constantly good. His walk was awesome, he wore clothers with such style, his pictures were always great. Sandhurst was great in his walk and photo. But the judges decided not to pay any attention to the entire shows photos, walk, how a person perform when ask at every step. Ignore the bookings, etc. I knew when Branden was not elimated but Montanha was that it was already decided. You had some really great models who worked hard and really improved and yet the silly little boy with the bent shoulders won. He seem sweet and I do not dislike him just annoyed that all the hard work of the others and all the times Branden failed meant absouletly nothing in the end. That one last photo shoot where he just had to sit there caused him to win. I though he look so silly in most of his photo. It seems like there is a formula for reality TV - This year theme was let the underdog win. Which would be fine if the underdog was trying hard, working to improve his ability and showing that hard work and determination was the key in succeeding but on your show you showed the world that being silly, having a smirk on your face, and not really working very hard makes you a winner. This season show was not exciting at all to me. I turned a lot but I will tell you as a consumer they way Jonathan carried himself in his clothing, his walk, his attitude he looks would make me want to buy what ever he was selling. He had class...and the way you treated him at the end was rude.
Brandon is a nice looking guy;however, he is not a supermodel. Johnathan and Sandhurst were robbed. The ball was dropped by the judges. If there is another season, the ratings will be low because of the taint. Honestly, non of them were a future Tyson or Cindy Crawford. I also hate the fact that non of the african american females had a chance. They were cute girls, but this show models were not up to american next top model standards.
EPISODE 12 TURNED ME INTO A BRANDON FAN. I COULD SEE THE POTENTIAL AND WAS THRILLED WITH HIS WIN IN EPISODE 13. ALL THE FIVE FINALISTS WERE INCREDIBLE WITH EXTRA EMPHASIS ON JONATHAN, MY PICK FROM THE START WITH MATURITY, HEART, BODY; SANDHURST, SO CHARMING AND HANDSOME; SALOME, AN AMAZING PICTURE BEAUTY; AND MOUNTAHA WITH A SPUNKY SPICEY EDGE AND INTENSITY. ALSO, I TOTALLY ENJOYED THE BOY/MAN, COLAN. MAYBE ACTING FOR HIM? NERDY, CUTE, MEMORABLE, HE WAS A FAVORITE PERSONALITY THIS SEASON. THE BLEND OF JUDGES WAS GREAT. ENJOYED THE TYSON AND NICOLE COMBO AS SUPERMODEL MENTORS AND BATISTA/NYMA IN PICTURE SHOOT JUDGING AS WELL. AN EXCELLENT SEASON! A GRANDMA SUPERFAN
I miss season 1. I do not think Branden should of won....I can't help thinking that if the public would of chosen the winner then it would of been Jonathan or Salome winning. Please..... next season don't invite Marlon and Pirou back...they were the reason the british version was so terrible. I do not mind that a male won since it is harder for men to become supermodels but Brandon was only judged by one day of work...not the body of his work which is what it should of been. The judges made such a big deal out of the one head shot in his book and Brandon looked like a big balloon head on a string. The man is a boy and if his comments after his win are any indication he is still a boy. Next season please go back to the public vote.
I think if this show is going to be prone to picking the "young" model then maybe you should have an age limit of 20. All my friends and I thought Jonathan was the best there the entire time. Sandhurst was a close second. What a jip!
I was pretty shocked by the decision to make Branden the winner, but I did like the fact that he was the underdog and kept improving. I also got the feeling that Corey and Marlon would easily hire Jonathan and Sandhurst so their futures are probably pretty assured. Shannon from last year also got a contract with New York Model Management and she didn't win.
Regarding the judges, though, please for the love of GOD get rid of Catherine Malandrino! What an irritating woman, only showed up half the time and did nothing but criticize everyone the rest of the time. Marlon and Jenny had lots of positive things to say but also some constructive criticism when it was due. Perou is obviously an egotistical asshole, but seems to know what he's talking about. Everything Catherine Malandrino said about the models was overly critical and ultimately less valid.
Nicole was pretty awful too. As an Australian I was pretty appalled at her crassness at times. She's obviously not very experienced socially, but I guess she's good eye candy.
The only reason that I can see the decision being what is was is because Johnathan and Sandhurst are already Supermodel material while Brandom needed to be made into a Supermodel. All three guys were good with Johnatan and Sandhurst actually being great. Sandhurst was my favorite because not only was he beautiful to look at but he also had such style, charisma and class. He didn't need this show to "Make him A Supermodel" because all the tools are already there. I expect him to really go far in the industry.
Ok I think that this season was so good because all three of them have completely different looks. They are all great at their own style!! and thanks for offering some diversity in the media. Good job!
Sadly, all that Branden's win proves is that the judges and industry are so biased toward youth, they will always give the jobs and opportunities to the youngest and least talented. I am SO tired of designers using vacant-headed, pouty, baby-faced teens to sell their wares. Use teens to sell to teens, but put the haute couture, sexy, and sophisticated styles on gorgeous young MEN and WOMEN.
I enjoyed this season very much. The guys impressed me the most. I do feel that Sandhurst was robbed. His personality was unforgettable. He was a gentleman, and provided a clam stale presence in th model house. I want to see him make it to the top more than anything. His personality will get him there. I loved Jonathan's sense of purpose and look forward to seeing more of him in the future as well. Brandon was cute and deserved recognition. As a single mother, to see anyone's child achieve that level of success is wonderful. He was an inspiration to many who could identify with his circumstance coming from a one-parent home.
I was rooting for Branden all along and he came from the bottom up to win it all. Congrats Branden. I love ya. ;-)
Please have the judges changed for next season (if there is one). They obviously were drunk or biased when they made this preposterous choice! Throughout the competition, they changed their schism to suit Branden each step of the way (including the argument that "models DON'T cry!" When a female model puddled up, she was harshly chastised and ultimately deleted. However, when Branden broke down during the finale, they were sympathetic! His walk was deemed poor for weeks, yet he was given a Mulligan (in hopes of improvement). Many of the stronger female cast members were not given more than once chance on the chopping block. Double standard much!
It seemed as though both Jonathan and Sandhurst were penalized for being very good from the start. They were under more pressure to perform even better than anyone else. Whereas, the judges were happy if Branden improved slightly... There should be at least the appearance of fairness to this contest. There wasn't. The blame rests on the narrow minds of the egocentric judges.
Sandhurst and johnathan got rob you know that branded boy is not good at all. What a show and those judges suck they pick someone that cry all the time thought all the show. That last show he really show his tears so the judge gave him the title. wrong wrong wrong he was not good at all.
IMO Sandhurst should've won I can see himm as the face of a campaign like Calvin Klein, which would get him household recognition, as well as on high fashion runways and commercial cataloguesm which ultimately=supermodel status, hopefully he will be the Jennifer Hudson of MMASM -Branden on the other hand seems like he will be a good editorial or high fashion model, while Jonathan will make money in commercial modeling, I already see him in something like the Macy's christmas ads for this winter, as well as being the random abs on an underwear package
Week after week I agreed with the judges, but WOW DID THEY MAKE A MASSIVE MISTAKE in the finale!!
Brandon had a wonderful week, but Jonathan and Sandhurst are MAJOR CONTENDERS!!
Jonathan and Sandhurst had charisma, passion, and that ineffable "IT"!
It was a truly great race, and though I don't agree with the end result it's not the title that really matters. I wish all three men tremendous careers.
While I totally think that this was a great modelling reality tv competition. Time and circumstances will be the real judge as to whether or not ANY of the competitors will be super models. Quite frankly, I thought all three men at the end were fantastic, but they all lacked the added pressence necessary to stand out and be recognizable as a supermodel.
Don't know who else to complain to man. I have been a consistent viewer of supermodel but no more. You know and I know it was a bad choice. Branden was unprofessional, immature and not a good model. C'mon! Look at how he tried to sell clothes. How many times did they bleep him???? And he's a supermodel??? I'm done watching the show.
I believe the judges made the wrong decision. Branden took great pictures over the last 3 weeks, but he is too immature. All he talked about was "getting with" girls. And Cory is going to have to deal with him representing his company?!! BAD DECISION. Either Sandhurst or Jonathan should have won. Both were consistent with photo shoots and runway. Perhaps you SHOULD get new judges!! My personal favorite was Sandhust, he reminded me of a "young Tyson" :)
Great season and I look forward to seeing next season. I think Sandhurst should have been the winner he was the strongest but if you think about because he was the strongest he will need the least help if he applies himself. He will be a great success.
I totally disagreed with the decision like most people. I would have been happy if Sandhurst or Jonathan had won. The title of the show is make me a Supermodel so the prerequisite before coming to the show is that who ever was competing should already have the ability to make it as a model in the industry. IMO Sandhurst and Jonathan are the only ones that could be made into a Supermodel.
I am still shaking my head as to the disastrous decision the judges made last evening in selecting one of the weakest models to be the winner of season two “Make me a Super Model” !!
How in Gods name given the last three models in the final Brandon was selected over Sandhurst or Jonathan?? Sandhurst and Jonathan have been consistently good both in photo and the catwalk, whilst Brandon has been on the chopping block on so many occasions!!...additionally there is nothing special about him!
To be a super model you need to stand out in the crown and be memorable….. neither characteristics Brandon possesses!!
I think Sandhurst should have won as I find his pictures memorable and exotic and he is very / always chic on the catwalk..... characteristics a super model MUST have.
Additionally, when you speak of a super model…you think of couture / high fashion, catwalks around the world…..London, New York, Milan etc…..and frankly speaking I don’t see Brandon stepping up to the plate.
Great Decision Bravo, Tyson. I had grown tired of Sandhurst and Jonathan, they are good looking, but modeling is full of good looking guys with great bodies. Brandon, personifies young fresh unique cutting edge. You just can't take your eyes off of him because he's so different and dreamy. Sandhurst's face is just not interesting enough and Jonathan is too old (sorry but 30 or whatever he is just not super model material). Branden has been getting stronger and stronger each week and I thought his pictures from Blond week on have been fantastic. I can so see him doing Milan, he has that European, patrician look that is so hot.
I was extremely disappointed in the judges selection of Brandon. He was one of the weakest people on the show. His walk was horrible up until the finale and his pictures were equally has bad. He only has two facial expressions. I thought to competition was about a Supermodel, which in my mind means consistency week after week and growth; not just growth for one week at the right time and weakness for the other 12 weeks. Jonathen and Sandhurst were the best on the show from the very beginning and the best models I've seen on any of these model reality shows. It is a disgrace that neither one of them were selected. I watched your show every week, but after this horrible outcome, I am officially no longer watching.
I wish your show luck and I hope you make the changes necessary to not allow this to happen again.
I was quite surprised and a little disappointed to see that Branden won. He's young and he's got time to grow. His last catwalks were a huge improvement but Jonathan or Sandhurst should have won. This seems to have been the closest season to date. I do believe that both Jonathan and Sandhurst will find work because they have the 'model' look. Good luck to all of them!
Sandhurst you are the one that moved me! and Jonathan you were a close second Branden you got very lucky
I understand that you and the panel are the experts, but as a viewer, Sandhurst and Jonathan were the better choices. You showed me that just being young and stupid gets you in. Even at the Gallery, Brandon was embarrassing. And for me, his look was always the same. Sandhurst rocked - took all your advice and delivered besides having the greatest personality. I like seeing people that I can identify with and Brandon ain't it. If you were foing for the shock factor, you got it. Going for the forever fan - Nope!
I think Sandhurst was robbed! I watched the entire season and he did well in all the challenges. If he wasn't doing good you all should have said something earlier. There are not enough Black men in the modeling industry.
Tyson, are you sure you weren't narrowing your competition?
I probably won't look at Season 3 if there is one.
Signed: Disappointed viewer.
Best season yet!!! I was sure that Jonathan or Sandhurst would be the winner, but I became more and more impressed with Branden as the time went by and he stepped up his game. For a youngun' like that to listen and learn from the harsh, yet well deserved criticism from the judges regarding his "cockiness"...and to actually do the self work needed to develop into a fine young man, made him a champion. Champions step up when their backs are against the wall and true winners perform when it is time to perform. Branden is to me, what "make me a supermodel" should be about! All of the final three were wonderful and supportive of one another. There was nothing more touching than Jonathan and Sandhurst going to Branden when he broke down in front of the judges at the end. Bravo to them for being real men!!! They all deserve wonderful futures ahead.
Hi Tyson, Love you and the show. However, I didn't agree with your choice of a winner. From my viewpoint, Sandhurst or Jonathan should have won. I loved Branden but he really didn't photograph or walk as good as the other two finalist. I am a Sandhurst fan and really wanted him to win but I would have understood if he lost to Jonathan because his walk screamed "Supermodel" and his pictures were almost perfect. But Branden should have lost to Mountaha he shouldn't have been in the finals. Well,I'll continue to watch your show its great.
I was really routing for Sandhurst. Whenever I looked at him I saw model but with him it wasn't just about his looks. I would call him the counselor of the show because he was always giving someone words of encouragement and seemed to keep everyone in the house together. However, I truly loved all 3 guys. Each had their own distinct personality, neither malicious or petty.
I'm sure that this is not the end for Sandhurst and Jonathan. You can tell by watching the show that they definitely have a future in modeling. They will be fine!
