The models had to switch it up for the photo shoot this week. Do you think it's harder to model alone or with others?
I think it's harder to work with other people, because when you're looking at the camera somebody else isn't looking there. It can be annoying.
They did a Rowdy campaign for Dallas Austin. What do you think the photographer was looking for?
I think he was looking for someone who was edgy and who fit Dallas' swagger. I think Salome came close, but I didn't think it was an amazing shot. Like Perou, I thought Mountaha did a better job. She captured that edginess.
For the catwalk they had to use Heely shoes. What did you think of that?
Like Nicole was saying, different designers have you do crazy things and sometimes you just gotta do it. Jordan had the choice to do it or not, and you have to listen to the direction stated. You can use them or you don't have to. It's a bonus if you do. As soon as Jordan broke that corner I knew she was out of there.
How was Branden this week?
He's been losing confidence. Maybe he needed to break down and get that cry out. Boo hoo. I miss my mommy. I felt bad for him. Tries to act tough, but he's a momma's boy.
How do you think Jonathan did?
He did well. He's consistent.
SALOME IS THE NEW COLIN, gets many chances but makes no changes.
Is actually true what Jordan said about Salome and Branden's walk. They both suck at walking, and many times the don't photograph well. Yet they keep making Salome the picture winner, when she clearly does not deserve it. At this point it looks like she doesn't need to work much for it,i bet she will be winning next week's pic again.
I don't understand WHY they let Jonathan change his hair color but when CJ wanted to keep her blond hair, she was pushed to dye it brown. Jonathan needs to go back to blond.ASAP.
I don't think is fair that other contestants have been eliminated for bad walks or pictures, yet they allow Salome to stay in the show just so she can work out and get in shape. WHY the other contestants weren't given more time too to improve their flaws?? because is a competition! It looks like the judges enforce the rules for everyone but Salome.
When I look at Tyson, I totally understand why he is a supermodel. I am not downplaying how hard he works, how knowledgeable he is about the industry, his professionalism, his style, or his charms. Undoubtedly those qualities have helped him earn and sustain his supermodel status. However, Tyson's looks and presence definitely help justfiy him being a supermodel. Looking at the aspiring models though, I don't see any potential supermodels. Yes, they might be goodlooking to an extent, but there is a drastic difference in appearance between what we see of them on tv versus what they look like in a photograph. I feel like with Tyson, what you see in person is also what you see in a photo. Next season they should try to get more models that have that same sort of quality: someone with natural presence and natural good looks that just needs tweeking and coaching to help them learn the tools of the trade.
You are absolutely dreamy.
I agree with your opinion here. Jonathan has been consistent. I wonder why his pix were not selected. He certainly seemed edgy to me. Sandhurst is also worthy of the title except for one small thing. He doesn't have exactly a model's physique. His thunder thighs (as he called them) are too dominant.
Jordan was a whiner. She needed to go to the wine cellar. I love Salome's face, but her walk is like a sack of loose potatoes going down the catwalk - ugh! No wonder, her go sees are
I don't think Tyson has much charm, his personality on the show seems as appealing to me as cardboard. He looks like a yummy chocolate souffle, but he doesn't have much charisma.
That being said, I think he was dead on about Jordan and her immature gloating over Amanda being eliminated & Jonathon's disaster of a hair makeover (the eyebrows look fake even). As for the 18 year old... awww, he's so young. He had a little cry and he's trying. As a mom of a young son, I wouldn't pejoratively refer to him as a "momma's boy" simply because he was overwhelmed by the situation. He didn't lash out at cast members or go on a drunken binge, thank goodness... he simply had a cry. Men DO cry, it's just that most of them aren't on a reality television show when they feel the need to do so.
I hope Mountaha, Sandhurst or Jonathan take the prize. I prefer Sandhurst, but if any of the three win I'll feel satisfied.
I just have to say did you not pay attention when the everyday person said "were tried of seeing sticks walk down a runway, print an ad or overall product sales?" There is nothing wrong with Salome. Unless you think this whole show is a scam... her photo has been picked several times. I love Tyson but I think if your not happy with what Salome is doing then help her out. Go with your inner Tyra instead of fashion snob of the year.
Tyson- You are great! You are doing such a great job, as the host of this show. Not only are absolutly beautiful, but you have a great presence about you and you really know what you are doing. My vote is going for Sandhurst, I really like him, I think he has what it takes. Keep on going on!!!!!!
Im the first to admit that Jordan behaved like a child but the girl could perform. She was consistent and has what it takes. I cant quite figure out the judging. It was really unfair.
Salome is beautiful! She has had a workable look for each photographer’s perspective So far this season. Salome has been challenged with and owned all varieties of make up, any location, each pose, and all eras and or styles of clothing. Salome not only worked it in every picture she made the look believable. She has a ROCKING BODY which she is improving as well as her walk. That is what new models are supposed to do. The other models are flat fading images compared to Salome. Salome’s Competition? Competition: Mountaha -if she can be more than one dimensional Sandhurst - is a great for the stage but he needs a huge dose of sex factor #1 to sell the product Jonathan- disappeared and I was really pulling for you! Now listen brown hair men are sexy but you need to punch out the stylist who let you go there.
Thank you! Jordan the Joke is gone!
Salome’s Competition? With a lot of hard work these people might catch up. But Salome is a natural beauty with real talent. You can’t fake that!
Tyson; My comment is about the photographer with the nude set. He was very unprofessional, rude and hard to watch. He was rolling his eyes, shaking his head and laughing during Brandon's shoot. What a way to encourage and inspire the model and the job. Who made him God. Don't use him again!! miki
Salome has a distinctive look. I would notice her in an ad. Much as I love Sandhurst, not so much. He is consistantly good though. Salome is my favorite for the win. She has a quirkiness about her that is attractive. She just needs some more coaching and work on toning up. What's so wrong with a girl having some booty? JLo's is all the rage. I was glad to see the end of Jordan. She focused more on hating Amanda than the challenges. She just assumed she would win. Love Jonathan, but he too thought it was in the bag. A little humility never hurt anyone. But that new hair! Brandon may be a little too immature to handle it. Mountaha..may be a little to bitchy for my taste. But whatever.
