The Snow and the Sauciness

Stephanie looks back on her best week so far.

First of all it is snowing right now and its beautiful!

Wow - week 3 was saucy!

This has probably been my best week so far - I just had so much fun!

Everything from the location at the Chelsea Hotel to finally getting to make our 1st phone call just gave me a huge burst of the excitement and energy I really was needing - it was awesome!

As soon as we pulled up at the Chelsea Hotel I was so psyched! Over the summer I was an intern at a gallery and two blocks up on the same street - (Holla Esther!) so I walked by the hotel every day on my way from the train. The hotel is such a massive NewYork City landmark with so much history in it its crazy! I'm sure I annoyed the crap out of everyone in my car because I could not stop talking about it. The reason why the hotel is so cool is because its basically an artists haven - some of the most famous writers, artists and musicians have lived there. Bob Dylan, Edie Sedgewick, Sam Berdhart, Thomas Wolfe - they all lived in the hotel at some point and had crazy bohemian artist partners. Jimi Hendrix used to live there and practice in the sound proof rooms - the place just has so much history you can literally feel the creative energy inside the walls! So many artists live there even now and have their studios there! So obviously, I was ecstatic that we were shooting there! So many crazy famous photographer have been at the Chelsea and it was a huge honour that we got to shoot there - I never thought I'd be able to say I shot there!! Okay so I'll stop being a massive art history nerd and talk about our shoot. We all pretty much had an idea that our shoot would be spicy and co-ed because of the chemistry theme but when we saw that bed I was like - whaaat?! I was really excited and somewhat relieved I was though when I was paired with Jacki. To me, pretending to have chemistry with a girl is way easier and more comfortable - and more fun! I was surprised how freaked out Jacki was about the idea - to me I thought we were so lucky to be paired in a girl-on-girl couple because we didn't have to deal with a lot of the anxiety that would come with doing a sexy shoot with a guy - especially when it comes to our boyfriends watching it. I didn't know about her, but I think my boyfriend would much rather watch me act hot and heavy with another girl than another guy - to me that's a no brainer! But in the end its always an act, and we might be asked to do something similar at some point again with one of the guys - it's a real part of the business. But it's always acting (remember that, Bisk! I love you!!) And it's always professional. I definitely more uncomfortable than Jacki in the shoot - but I tried to convince her that it was not a big deal and get her to loosen up and I think we pulled off some bomb photos!

The catwalk was pretty much an extension of our photo shoot and was really fun. I cannot believe Holly is in the bottom three!! Holly is by far the most experienced, talented model in the house not to mention the most genuine, coolest girl here - I would be so upset if she left! But we finally got to make one five minute phone call! It was our first contact with the outside world in over three weeks and it was amazing! I'm so glad I got to talk to you Ryan! I miss and love you so much and I can't wait to hear what you've recorded!! I don't know the next time I'll be able to call so I would like to say I love you and miss you and Mommy and Daddy Bulger! Happy late Birthday Daddy! Bananas, Nat-Bug and Ali-Son I miss you all and think about you all the time! Keep Gus alive! Mama - Have an amazing time in mexico or wherever and learn that Tango dance! I love you! Marge - I live according to your rules! Hope "The Team" is well!

Claremont - I miss you! Cas, Leash, Kels, - I think of you always! Holla to my Hocka Daisies! And a special thanks to Lucia who helped prepare me for this weeks photoshoot! Ha ha love you all!!
