Gettin' Rowdy

Sandhurst describes this week's challenge and his surprise over the elimination.

With Amanda eliminated last week the house was once again even. Jordan, Mountaha, and Salome definitely rejoiced Amanda’s departure from the house. Branden, Jonathan, and myself had always been cool so no fighting was on the horizon for us going into the week.

This week’s photo challenge was in fact a real job for Dallas Austin’s line of clothing, Rowdy.  We were asked to model in groups, pairs, and singles with the best six shots to be chosen by Dallas himself.

Throughout the shoot I had four looks due to some sizing issues. The pants never changed but the tops did. The shoot was intense but at the end of the day one of my single shots had been chosen. It felt great to know that my face was going to be part of a national campaign.

The catwalk for this week featured the Heelys, regular shoes with a wheel in the heel. We were asked to maneuver down the catwalk on the Heelyes, mixing gliding and a regular fun catwalk.  This was proving to be more difficult than I thought however by pure luck I was able to pull off a great walk. Unfortunately, Jordan was not as fortunate. Her inability to use the Heelyes, in addition to her fading presence pushed her to the bottom of the group. The thing about this elimination was that I thought that Jordan had done enough to get a second chance.
