Bravotv.com: What made you decide to turn Cafface into a blowout bar?
Lauren Manzo: I realized since opening that we make most of our money on our services and not so much on retail. I wanted to add another quick service at the store to make it more convenient for someone who is going out and needs us to get them ready.
Bravotv.com: How have clients responded to the change?
LM: They love it! They love that it's a one-stop shop for hair and makeup without feeling too much like a salon.
Bravotv.com: Has the novelty of the "blowout" joke worn off for Chris yet?
LM: Lol yes! Thank god.
Bravotv.com: You mention that you hate the name Cafface. Who picked it to begin with? Have you since changed the name to Full Blown?
LM: There's a long story behind that. It was a mixture of my mom and Aunt Fran. I hated it from the beginning, but we couldn't find anything else that wasn't taken! We are still in the process of legally changing the name to Full Blown.
Bravotv.com: What made you so emotional at the end of your re-opening party?
LM: It's just nice to know that I have a great group of girls surrounding me who are loyal and hard working. I have the support of my mom, dad and Vito, and that really motivates me to always try and do better.
