After the Reunion: Where Are Dr. Simone and Cecil Whitmore Now?

In what Andy Cohen himself called "some of the realest sh-- he's ever seen," estranged and soon-to-be-divorced couple Simone Whitmore and husband Cecil reconciled in the 11th hour of the Married to Medicine Season 5 reunion. Dr. Simone had divorce papers already drafted and made an official announcement that morning, so it seemed like the writing was on the wall — nothing says "official" like a reunion announcement, after all. But, late in the day during a break in reunion taping, the cast rallied around Cecil and Dr. Simone, convincing them to try one more time for their marriage. And despite the odds — and Tammy — it worked. Watch above to find out exactly how these two came back together.

But the question remains: Did these two stay reconciled when the reunion lights went off? Dr. Simone gave The Daily Dish an update on where her marriage currently stands. "Cecil and I left the reunion committed to one another to work on our marriage," the doctor said. "We are in counseling individually and together." But has Dr. Simone moved back in with her husband?  "We are still living separately but hopeful for a union under one roof soon."
