Kari is distraught that the party that was supposed to go so well has ended so terribly.

The next morning, Toya is nervous to tell her hubby (who couldn't be at the party) what happened.

Eugene is upset that his wife got into a physical altercation, but ultimately supportive.

Aydin is angry, but understands that Mariah was acting out of love for her mother and her daughter.

The most important thing for Aydin is that Mariah is safe.

Quad details the fight on date night with her husband, Dr. Gregory.

Dr. Gregory is not impressed by Mariah's and Toya's shenanigans.

Dr. Simone takes some time off from medicine to shoot some hoops with her son.

"Do you have a girlfriend?"

Kari has a friend over to vent about the party-gone-wrong.

The worst offense? Mariah charged Kari's PayPal account.

Dr. Simone lets us in on the labor and delivery of a patient.

Adorable! Dr. Simone delivered this lucky lady's first child.

Toya invites Kari out to lunch to make amends and to explain her side of the story.

Kari accepts Toya's apology, especially when Toya offers to pay Kari for the entire party (which Kari does not accept).

Meanwhile, Quad and Mariah go on an under-garment shopping spree.

Quad is NOT ready to have kids. She wants to keep this hot body!

Mariah agrees. It is hard to get your body back after having kids.

Dr. Simone is ready for her nephew to go back to school -- taking care of him is getting expensive!

But the Whitmore boys LOVE having their cool older cousin live with them!

We can't get enough of Quad and Gregory. How cute are they?

Quad and Gregory visit the "Bodies" exhibit together. Believe it or not, Dr. Gregory finds it more gross than Quad does!

Later, Dr. Jackie has a dinner at her home to discuss the birthday party mishap with the ladies.

Dr. Simone urges Toya to own some part of the fight.

Toya admits that throwing a glass was dangerous, over-board, and immature.

Kari offers a knowing smile. We have a feeling that she thinks the glass-throwing was pretty bad.

Dr. Jackie meets with Mariah at her office to learn Mariah's side.
