And the show continues!!!
Mary pulls together Kendra's guesthouse despite Mary's assistant's bossiness and "I know best" attitude.
Jeffrey and Ross, well, there seems to be trouble in paradise and they find out how hard it is to please their client. (Where to put the bed seems to be the theme of the episode.)
At least Nathan, the most charming of us all, has a client that appreciates his hard work, and even though the irreplaceable tiles are torn out of the patio that he's working on, he throws together a Moroccan style replacement patio with ease. The location is amazing and the house is a ravishing Spanish Colonial Revival from the '20s.
Martyn finally gets to deal with his chocolate addiction with Paul McKenna (the hypnotist that I confused with someone I had once snogged at a teenage party). He joins me for lunch in Beverly Hills and then dinner at my house where Jacqueline entertained us with her after-hours activities.
A trip to the flea market in Santa Monica ends up with me buying something that I am not able to mark up and sell in my shop. If you are all wondering if, in fact, I ever actually decorate on the show. . .I'm just going to keep you all in suspense!!!
Ok......You Guys!!!! I can't stand it....I love watching this show so much! Bravo...Bravo! You guys hit it out of the living room! Seriously! How I Wish I could come along for the ride.....stay in the background and watch all of you do your magic. On top of it....the humor....Your humor is delightful and a little wicked too. Ha! All of you are adorable. I couldn't afford any of you to do one of my closets but I can fantasize, eh? Again....can't wait till next week's show. Thank you!
Love LOve LOVe LOVE your home!!! And Jacqueline!!! This is one show I have put on my top list to watch. Great casting and totally talented and with the credentials to put your name on any item BEFORE you got on Bravo. I see too many housewives hawking items or selling books for which they have no credential other than being on TV (except for the cookbook by Teresa). Anyway, I love your style Kathryn and am looking forward to seeing your decorating projects throughout the season. And yes, keep on giving Martyn some chocolate and see how long that hypo therapy thing will work on him!
LOVED your scene with Martyn and his chocolate addiction. LOVE your personality, your love of life, your beloved JACQUELINE....who is a total chic HOOT...I love her style of dress. Most of all, LOVE YOUR FABRIC AND ALL YOUR DESIGNS. I will buy your book, and use it for inspiration in my home and life. THANK YOU!! and thank you BRAVO for such a great show.
Kathryn you are perfect just as you are --and hilarious! I love your comment about being a 'tragic mother'! Looove the show so far---i think its a great mix of personalities :)
I have enjoyed your books very much, and so appreciate that your designs appear to not be touched by the midcentury craze. I also really appreciate a show like this on TV at night after a day at the office. Feast for the eyes and nice interesting unique personas. It is really fun to watch, thank you!
I love love you ...... you have the best personality... and your so much.. fun.... dont let all those.... plastic surgery cows.. around.. you ...make you feel a way....You have such a great Spirit.. and.... its refreshing to see someone on the Bravo Channel with some Substance and Depth..... Take care
