Josh discusses his new single and his dual listings in Beverly Hills.
Aug 8, 2012I would like to take a moment to bring awareness to a charity that is close to my family and I, Wounded Warriors Project, which helps aid injured service members. To help raise money for WWP, I recorded a spoof rap song called "I Sell The Dream." The song and ringtone are available for purchase on Amazon.com and 100 percent of the proceeds will benefit WWP. I can't believe how quickly this season went! I'm very excited for the finale next week! As you saw, I had a realtor's dream this episode! I had a client with not only one but two great homes on the same street. Deb is a very savvy real estate investor. I love dealing with people like her because they understand when and at what price to sell. Watching that open house with Mikey and I made me sweat through my suit again! It was so hot and exhausting running back and forth. FYI. . .I also sold Deb's modern home off the show too!

Man up and take responsibility for your actions. You started the problems between Heather and Madison, and now you continue to become involved in an issue that is none of your
business.
Josh I feel sorry for heather. who puts their fiancee in a gold little bathing suit to shake her booty in a rap song music video? What do you think her bosses, coworkers and friends will think of her after watching this? you talk about Maddison exploiting women, when u are the one taking advantage of a woman. Shame on you!
You are awesome Josh! Watching you on the show last season inspired me to become an agent. I started out working for my sister as her assistant, just like Mikey did for you. Thanks and have a great year.
Josh you must have a thing for Madison. You seem to like to pop up where ever he is. You and heather show your Unprofessionalism, Immaturity & Classlessness. At someone else's showing & throwing wine at someone and causing a scene was pretty Classless and certainly Unprofessional. Shame Shame Shame

@FoxyTuTu I like your comment! But I guess I click the wrong button. Anyway I totally agree with you. I watched that scene too, and what he did to Madison and Josh Flagg are not cool at all. He is such a jerk!!!! Don't like his character at all!!!! well I never like him since the beginning anyways.

You still have to get that "dig" in when you boast of having the highest listing in Rancho Santa Fe. You need to stay out of Heather's issues with Madison--Heather needs to resolve conflicts with people by herself if she wants to have a career in real estate--or in life.
Heather is a grown woman, so you should stop fighting her battles. Whatever issues went on between her and Madison aren't your business. She was in the wrong, too, by the way. It appears your confrontations with him are to simply to create drama on the show (since you are competitors) and therefore, appear insincere. Not an appealing look for you, Josh..... just saying.
It is nice to see you working closely with your brother. He definitely adds the creative touch to your broker showings.

I know you get alot of flak about how you're a shark, a used car sales man, etc..... but I like you alot. I think lots of people who are in the sales business and are successful have the same type personality. You just don't see alot of them on tv. You go for what you want and you're good at it. I hope you and Heather stay together--she's a keeper. Also--I love that you are both animal lovers........ Wish they would make more episodes per season----love the show !!!! PS---I told Josh F he's wrong--you look great in your suits. If you didn't--Heather would fix that pronto. LOL

Are you kidding all of us? Josh A is so into himself that there is no room for Heather. I also work in the sales business and I never; lie; cheat; or tell fellow agents that without me having a fight in their open house they would have never had any attention brought to it. I guess someone has to be the bad guy and this year it's Josh A.
@Oxford He was not serious when he said that....he had just sincerely apologized to Josh F for the incident and he just said that as a little add-on, to lighten the mood. And I don't think he lies and cheats and if he wasn't paying enough attention to Heather I really don't think she would stay in the relationship. And no I'm not kidding "all of you"---not everyone hates Josh A and I happen to one of the ones that like him. He didn't get where he is today by lying and cheating people. He gets people good deals and treats people right and they come back to him. So if you hate Josh A so much go on over to Madison's blog and give him some sugar.
Mikey needs his own show. That guy is hysterical!
