What another great episode.
Despite hoping (but not expecting) for more of an apology by Josh Altman, I guess I can live with what I got. I loved that house he had in Venice, and I really loved the house Madison had in the Palisades.
How funny was the pregnant lady on my Rodeo listing I sold? She did not want any marketing on the house yet I still managed to sell it for almost asking!!!
Now if only those two boys would stop fighting and start focusing on real estate, everyone would be happy.
By the way, lets talk about the muscles on that guy Josh Flagg! Did you see his moment at the gym! Tres Sexy!!!

Does anybody know the name of Josh Flagg's plastic surgeon? His nose does not look like he had a nose job
I wan to know if the Sandy in the Beverly Hills home is Sandy Murphy? Does anyone know who I am talking about?
You are hot! I think you and Colton are perfect together! I loved when you two were grocery shopping. He is the yin to your yang. And of course i adore Edith.
Of course, Josh, I always thought you were "tres sexy" - and as an art director, it always seemed like you would be just the kind of person that I'm friends with. Intelligent... a little nerdy. Little things, like the book on your desk about Leger & other interests. But no matter how cute you are, I just had this unshakable feeling that I wouldn't be your type, I swear though, I just wasn't sure why. That is, until this season when you let us all meet Colton. Wow, I'm so glad I'm not confused anymore! I always loved your reverence for your grandma, and I agree with those who saw your time with that boy as a wonderful & enjoyable, up close & personal look at a pretty interesting life. (Yes, even the coin collecting :) Also, I think you deal with most situations with wit & class. No one can Monday morning quarterback what they shoulda/woulda/coulda done different, the notable thing is how often you get it right the first time in dealing w/ the many ... "delicate" situations you encounter. This is what makes you the best realtor of the three of you. You have creative ideas, like for your openings, and you balance your life far better than Chad or the accusations made against Madison as too laid back, or Altman, who, words fail me, but too brash and...obdurate. That doesn't fully cover it, but this is long enough anyway. My point is, it seems as though you achieve the perfect balance in your life, and I wish you the best in health & your future success.
You are a nice guy Josh F and the relationship you have with your grandmother is heartwarming. May you have all the success the world has to offer.
Big fan here, Josh. Continue doing what you do best, and making great TV. F Josh A.! He is bad news and, between you and me and all the viewers, we just want him to yip away to his doggie dish and then sit back on Heather's lap and be a good little yipper.
Josh had the best line when Josh Altman came to his listing after the blowout. Josh F. said he just finished nailing all the furniture to the floor so Josh A and his girlfriend wouldn't be able to throw any chairs. That was hilarious! Josh A just made a half-hearted apology, ending it with saying "that house isn't going to sell anyway." What a jerk. I would live in a cardboard box before I'd buy a house from Josh Altman, he redefines arrogant.
Josh, I won't comment on the Josh A/Heather B/Madison H debacle. It's all been said. I want to comment on your health. You are much younger than me , but as you get older, you will appreciate being in good health. I am almost 50 and in pretty good shape, but it gets harder to stay in shape as you get older. Start now. You are young enough and good looking. You will look even better and have more energy for all those real estate deals. I think your boyfriend is on the right track, regarding your health. Start to exercise, eat properly and in six months, it will pay off. You will feel better about yourself, have more energy and it may also help your business even more. Do this for yourself and for Colton.
I LOVE how you give Josh A. attitude! He tries desperately to be intimidating but you don't allow it! BRAVO!
You and Colton are wonderful together!
Good for you, Josh! I agree that Josh A. owes you a big time apology for the disturbance he created at your Open House. You certainly could have lost that listing had the seller been present. You handled yourself in a very professional manner by trying to diffuse the situation in a very low key manner.
Josh F. is great! He has the wisdom of a near century year old lady and the charm to boot! Love watching the show.
Josh, In the future DO NOT put a pepper in your mouth unless you know how hot it may be. However if you do...eat a piece or pieces of bread. It will soak up the hotness, water only makes it worse. Trust me, this has happened to me, EAT BREAD!
I agree with you Josh. You deserved a much more sincere apology from Josh A. on the "disturbance" that he and Heather created at your Open House. You truly could have lost that listing had the seller been present. Wonder how he would have handled the situation if it were HIS client & Open House, and you had a meltdown right in front of his clients and peers. He may have been in contact with Madison's lawyer that very evening. Although I like all three of the guys this year, you are the true professional in part, because you remove the emotion and drama out of making the deal happen. And it appears to be working well, given the many successful transactions that you complete. Speaking of drama, etc., what happened to Chad Rogers? He was quite emotionally charged at times, but I admired his commitment.....not to the girlfriend or to real estate........it was to Starla Cakes, his little dog.
Hi Josh, learn to recognize canine body language, especially so that you may protect your face. That chihuahua wasn't indicating at all that it wanted you to put your face right up close to his. Many dogs and people value some personal space around them, sort of an invisible bubble. For this reason, it's oftentimes wise to let a strange dog indicate to you whether or not it wants to close that personal distance.
Love you and am so happy that Colton is in this season! The two of you remind me of my brother and his husband whom I miss so much because they live so far away. Would love to see more of Colton and less of the other Josh and his antics with his girlfriend. Though she did make him look rather foolish today when he tried to dress more casual, he just doesn't have the cool factor to pull of the Madison look and you just know he would be a huge FAIL in jammies and slippers like you, 2 men in this world can pull off that look, you and Hugh Hefner! You get better each year, as does your grandmother!
Dude. let's face it. Josh A. and Heather are making arses out of themselves. Mads isn't tossing libations and puffing out blustery he-man BS and childish antics like AltBil.
If you just take Heather out of the equation, all three will benefit from it. Just concentrate at the million dollar listing. Reputation is everything. Incidents like what happened at Josh Flaggs brokers open house is not good for anyone. Clients do not want to deal with childish behavior especially at an open house. Josh Altman may get the deal done. But his harsh and sometimes crude tactics will catch up with him sooner or later. High end clients wants or demands white glove treatment with honest assessment of properties.
