What a great episode!
I love the fact that the last episode had both Joshs selling in Orange County.
I love Stu and Brenda, and I love that house! What a great property! I think Stu did well with that price, and I think now that the market is picking up we will sell it.
I'm sorry to hear about Madison's dog. I did think that was very nice that Heather came to Rex's funeral. That was very mature. I alo appreciate that Madison was willing to talk to her.
As for Josh. . .I like Matt Altman more.

Here it is Sept 21, 2012 and I'm having MDL-LA withdrawal!! Get this show back soon!!
Does anyone know when the next season will begin?
Hey Darling Josh, I always smile when you come on... you're my FAVORITE!!! There was a episode you had w/Fung Sway ..? Was telling my friend that recognizes this too, but can't find the episode on line to show her. She lives in a condo that has the front door that goes directly to the back sliding door. Can you give us the link to that? Kisses Pamela
You are my fav, next to your wonderful grandma Edith. I wish you and Colton all the best with your path to parenthood.
Season 5 has been the first season of Million Dollar Listing that I've truly watched. It was an awesome season! You are by far my favorite on the show and probably the smartest. Can't wait till next season to find out what's been going on with you. Best wishes to Colton and yourself!
I LOVE your shoe collection,!! You have set the fall trend, Josh!
Love you Josh. You are wise beyond your years and I really enjoy watching you and your Grandmother on the show. At first I thought you were kind of cocky, but you aren't at all - you are confident and very self assured. A very good real estate broker (love your Grandmother's business advice too!)
Josh, when comparing reality show notes with my sis we both agreed you were our favorite on this one. Very little drama, you have a very calming affect on me.
I also love watching you with your Grandmother! So much love and genuine respect for such an incredible and accomplished woman that you are blessed to have as a Grandmother. And with your Mom! The same! I actually think that you, Josh Altman, and Madison are all terrific young men for a reality show, and I don't think ANY of the other reality shows, housewives, etc, etc, have that to offer. Each of you are unique, delightful, sooooo talented, and "normal" but NEVER boring! Normal in the sense that you actually think before you speak, none of you are cruel at all, and all just exuding happiness and a joy for life, even when you are ticked off! I think this program is absolutely the most interesting and classy of any of the reality shows on Bravo. All three of your differences compliment each other in the show even when you are annoying the heck out of each other! Love that! You can pretty much dislike each other, and still I get the feeling that you all wish each other well!! And you all treat everyone you deal with, on any level, not just clients, with kindness and respect
But you are kind of my favorite, if the truth be told! I love your facial expressions with everyone and everything! They are so gentle, but thoughtful and never impulsive. Therefore, when you speak, it is always worth listening to for the person you are speaking to, as well as for us! That alone is a real talent! Also, you and Colton could not BE a better and more enjoyable to watch couple! Luv, luv, luv your style, and your leadership abilities with others. You are never condescending. A trait that is missing with many, many of the other Reality Celebs.
God bless and continued success, Josh!
Hello Josh-Great season again-you are a young genious! And classy of you to write on your blog that you are pleased that Heather & Madison had a nice moment. You have a beautiful dog, what is the name?
I love watching you and your grandmother. She is wise and you have a great relationship with her. You don't see that often enough. I love what you bring to the show and how you and Madison treat your clients. As for Josh Altman and Heather, we could do without. I personally found Chad more entertaining and sincere with his clients. You, Madison and Chad seem to care more personally about your clients and thier well being too. Altman is all for himself and it showed at how insensitive he was towards Heather's and Madison's relationship issues.
You are very enjoyable to watch. I love the relationship you have with your grandmother Edith, reminds me of the movie "Harold and Maude. YOu have grown so much since the begining fo the show, I love to watch you close deals. SOOOO exciting. You are so masterful. Thanks for all your contributions! Great luck to you!
Your grandmother is right on! And has a wonderful sense of humor! She had me cracking up!
My great-grandmother was a immigrant from Ukraine to NYC. Didn't speak a word of English, no money when she came over. Raised 5 kids (one passed at a early age) & managed to get an apartment. None of them could afford college (going back to the Depression era), but one became a wood carpenter, one worked & became a manager for Merck in NJ, another worked for the Corporation called Indian Head as a Executive Secretary & another just played with the stock market & died semi-wealthy.
So listen to your grandmother.....they are smarter than we are :-)
I think Edith and Josh should have a spin off. You don't see those bonds much anymore and it makes this show so much more endearing!!!
I would purchase or list my house with you anyday if I lived in the area. I would know you had my best interest at heart.
You are a sensible fellow who sells homes with integrity. I so hope we hear that Bravo has decided to do a spin off with you and your Grandmother. She is a fascinating soul!
Great season, you and Madison are all class!
Josh,
I adore you. Your manners are divine. You are and old soul and you know yourself well. You and Colton are wonderful together. You were a natural with your friend son. I think it is wonderful that you are contemplating adopting and that your parents are supportive. No doubt your Grandmother will be thrilled too. All the best to you.
@NYBHHWFan You and Bethenny are the only Bravo stars I respect. I greatly respect Grandmother Edith, but she is disqualified as she has NOT YET appeared in the credits.
You are totally adorable and your relationship with your grandmother is priceless. I hope with all my heart that I have the same closeness with my grandson's as they, and I , get older!!
Great season! I like Madison more than Josh Altman, he is so self absorbed!
So...... just curious.... other than the incident at the circus house---why do you hate Josh A so much?
Really enjoyed last night's show. Thanks to you and the episode, I was able to reconnect with Stu after more than 16 years....we worked together in the insurance industry. What a beautiful home he and Brenda have!

Josh, you a good guy. Thanking your parents and your grandmother for every opportunity they gave you was very nice and shows true class. But give yourself credit for taking those opportunities and applying them. You are one smart guy and very fun to watch! Rock on Josh. Hi ya Edith!
