Madison thinks Josh A. typifies the stereotypical greedy agent.
Jul 11, 2012Sometimes clients just want to do what they want to do. . .this is a good example of "I told you so." I can tell this home is going to be beautiful, but "under construction" is not the right time for this home to be publicly listed -- especially since it was just a few short weeks until it WAS complete. I love when my clients make my job harder.
Josh F. is in a pinch too. Divorces are not usually pleasant, but they certainly make up a good portion of our business. There are usually high stakes and emotions in these deals. . .let's see how Josh F handles them.
Josh A said it all when he said that you do whatever it takes to close the deal. One thing is clear as we watch him is that he lacks integrity and honesty and blightens the profession with his arrogant attitude. As a Realtor I find his remarks and behavior insulting. There are those of us who are honest and actually provide a service to our clients and customers.
The art was awesome in tonight's episode. How can I find the names of the artists that were displayed in the malibu beach house and links to their websites? Thanks!!
Madison, You have a ton of fans, me included! Don't even bother speaking of Josh A. he's not worth talking about. Hopefully, Andy Cohen will fire him from the show!
Madison, love you and Josh F. as far as the other one , I just want to slap him. He will dump whats her name and she will deserve it. You and Josh F are FIRST class and don't ever change.

Hey kiddo. One thing.. Sometimes in life we are the student, sometimes we are the Teacher . Just let it go and run your business. You taught the grasshopper, now she must go... no harm. It's just life. Try not to let it offend you. Your a great Teacher.
Ok Madison, quit being such a wussy. I think you're just jealous of Josh A. for being such a great realtor. You fully know he could whoop your butt, and I think you would like him as your alter-ego, with all the testosterone and women. Just sayin'. If I were choosing a realtor, I would choose Josh. He is direct, aggressive, and closes the deal--and he's also a professional that has swag and style!
I don't know how anyone else feels but you seem over being a real estate agent. I think you want to branch out in other areas; especially in the social media.

You were absolutely right about the unfinished house. I was afraid someone was going to get hurt. Wish you continued success and don't let Josh get to you. You are above that.

I agree, if you look at Josh A's blog this could even be Mikey.
You and Josh A need to stop focusing on each other in your blogs and focus on yourselves or other issues.
I love you, Madison!! Unlike Josh A., you make a real connection with your clients, and you're so down to earth and fun! Don't stoop to Josh's level and just keep being awesome :)
