Madison explains why he went to the brokers open and why he's glad he got rid of Heather.

I liked this episode the best! My parents finally debut, and I loved it.

I am very close with my family, and I am thrilled that everyone gets to see my relationship with them. And since we are on the subject of family can we talk about how amazing my brother John is? He is hilarious, just like that, all the time. I have one more brother, Wayne, who you don't meet this season, but he is great too.

As for me going to Heather and Josh's open house. . .I felt much better after I did.

I saw Heather act and speak from an unfamiliar place. She was very defensive and missing the big picture. It only affirmed my decision, and I do wish her all the best. I am glad I stayed calm and honest.

As for Josh, I don't really have to say much because he does such a good job making himself look so bad. The new gold "JA" ring he sports on his pinky is tooooooo much. Agree?

Josh F. meanwhile continues to be fabulous. Is it just me or is he looking better and better ever year? Good job for him finding his client the lease so quickly -- although she did not seem too be picky. Like Josh said, it felt like she was shopping for a pair of shoes. Haha.

Wow! What an incredible journey from start to finish. This season has been nothing else but amazing. As you saw in the episode, it’s no easy task entering a new market, especially one as community-oriented as Laguna. You really have to know someone to be brought in, and our international connections and track record make us desirable to work with. However, working with a client who doesn’t necessarily need to sell comes with challenges. There would be very little room to negotiate with the asking price, and therefore I felt a world class marketing strategy was essential in reaching the perfect buyer. I suppose I was also wary of the fact that the local brokers in Laguna seemed hesitant to work with us! 

We definitely took a sigh of relief when we saw Madison walk up to the door. While this home wasn’t the right fit for his clients, we look forward to crossover business with Madison, as #BondStPartners expands into more beach cities. Closing the deal on this Laguna Beach property not only proved our worth but also secured my confidence in our future. While David and I have our moments of disagreement, we have the same values and vision. We were on the same page completely about foregoing $100,000 of our commission to make the sale happen. With David as my partner and my beautiful family by my side, I’m excited for what the future holds.
