James: Kristoffer Put Us Through the Ringer

James Harris dishes on how he and David Parnes managed to win over their difficult client.

The #MDLLA premiere brought drama from the start! Upon entering Bedford & Burns, I was a bit ruffled and meeting Kristoffer Winters, a client that takes no nonsense to a whole new level, only added to my anxious state of mind. You see, I was a bit frazzled. But once I dialed in, things worked out in a BIG way. Having a partner like David always helps. We’re not brothers, but we’re damn close to it!

Back to Kristoffer, this client put us through the ringer. However, it’s these types of deals and hustle that grow confidence, relationships, and, importantly, access to top properties and elite clientele. At the end of the day, it’s all about who you know. Plus, the Perugia property in Bel Air was amazing! It's one phone-call from a great connection like Chris that can change everything at the snap of a finger.

The bottom line is, you always have to think outside the box and stay on your toes in this market. The Spice Girls have nothing on #BondStPartners!
