I loved this episode. We got to partner up with our friend Josh Flagg. It just goes to show that going "back to basics" and door knocking really does work, and we had fun doing it, too!
Working as a "threesome" (LOL!) was fun and made a nice change for James and my dynamic. Flagg is a great guy and a respected realtor, but more importantly, he is a good friend to both James and me. Now that we have the listing, we should have fun selling it. However, as always, this listing presented a little (big) obstacle: the gigantic apartment building behind the swimming pool! Will we be able to pull this one off with Josh Altman's attempt to disrupt our open house? This should be interesting as well as fun!
