James Harris: I Respect Altman's Apology
The #MDLLA agent discusses his new peace treaty with Josh Altman as well as his major listing of the week.
First thing's first, I want to address my dinner with Josh Altman. I was very impressed that he was big enough to invite me out for a meal and apologize for the way he had behaved. I really respect that. I don't see why there couldn't be some great working opportunities for Altman and Bond Street Partners in the future. I enjoyed having the opportunity to discuss more than just real estate with him, as well. Becoming a father is the greatest thing that ever happened to me, and I look forward to seeing Josh become a dad someday!
In regards to Zach, this property hunt felt nearly impossible at times. I never doubted my ability to deliver, but I did question whether or not I could find the right property in a short enough amount of time for Zach. The second I heard about the Hustler building, I knew it was exactly right, and I knew that Zach had the means to close this deal. With a bit of finessing in that extravagant board room, we were able to come out on top. It was absolutely thrilling to know that, deep down, Zach got exactly what he wanted and deserved and that we were able to deliver for our client.
