Chad Just Keeps Swimming

Chad explains why he wanted to use synchronized swimmers and what the thought of the Palm Beach Gardens manse.

By Chad Caroll

Inspection reports can make or break a deal, and on this one I was fortunate enough to get it done. The seller knew one way or another that the work would have had to be corrected. After presenting two other offers that were well below the asking price he could see that this was still a very strong offer and he needed to take it.

Driving up to Palm Beach Gardens was exciting. I had no idea what to except. You hear rumors and stories about great men like Don Soffer. Most people only meet this class of person in a social atmosphere, but to be sitting across from him in a business environment was an experience I will never forget.

When Jen and I talked about getting synchronized swimmers at the open house I was intrigued to learn more. I went on their website and saw what they do and requested a demonstration in person, so Jen and I went to go see one of their practices. If I was going to spend thousands of dollars on this performance, I wanted to make sure it was perfect for this event. I decided to get my feet wet and dove right into practice. Let's just say I’m going to stick to real estate.

As I stepped foot into the Palm Beach Gardens manse it had an immaculate aura. All the finishes, fixtures, and appliances were top of the line. The outside of the house had magnificent landscaping and numerous sculptures. With all the bedrooms, dining rooms, this property had to offer it felt like I was at a luxurious resort. Some of my favorite rooms are the formal dining room, featuring a Lalique chandelier and the master bath with onyx finishes galore. Outside showcased a breathtaking pool area with a floral design in the center. I wanted to come up with something creative for the open house that would draw people to discover all of the amazing home features (hence synchronized swimmers).

The open house was very well attended. I had top brokers and buyers there from all over South Florida. The guests were mesmerized by the synchronized swimmers. It brought an element of long lost sophistication to the open house.
