Michael Lorber is Director of Business Development for Douglas Elliman Worldwide Consulting. Since joining the company in 2006, he is a top producer for the firm focusing on International Project Marketing and multimillion dollar properties throughout Manhattan. Being the son of New York real estate giant Howard Lorber, his rise in real estate was a natural progression with his passion starting at an early age when he would attend open houses with his father. A native of Long Island's South Shore, Lorber graduated from the business school at Babson College in Wellesley, MA with a BS in Real Estate and Finance. He spent his summers working for Donald Trump while in college before attending law school at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law specializing in tax law. After passing the New York State Bar Exam, Michael earned his MS in Real Estate at New York University. As an attorney, Lorber felt compelled to go for his brokerage license and pursue his real passion for real estate.
