More High Kicks, More Drama
Fredrik is ready for the fans to see more of his personal life -- and to see what kind of a person Ryan Serhant really is.
May 8The Marble House is a challenge for me. Not because it isn't beautiful (Oh yes, it is amazing!), but because I only have 30 days to sell it. It is truly one-of-a-kind super-mansion with a private pool, 80-foot wide, 9,300 square foot condo with private parking, 24-hour doorman, and soaring ceilings. The beauty is in the details here; it's custom-crafted, with a range of rich, harmonious imported Carrara, Striato Olimpico, Grey Bardiglio, and Crema Valencia marbles from slabs hand-selected -- in the marble is the name Marble House. The grand hall alone is over 60 feet in length. Upstairs, the spectacular master suite is over 1,000 square feet!!! And with a 22 foot dressing room (larger than most living rooms in NYC). And it just goes on and on: the bathtub as an example is a 900 pound, turn-of-the-century, antique terra cotta ceramic tub on little feet. The price? $17.5 million! And it is hard to compare the Marble House to anything, simply because there isn't anything like the Marble House.
This is one of those listings where I put everything on the line to sell it. I get very emotionally attached to it, which often doesn't happen to me. I go all out, and try to overcome every obstacle in my way. I get obsessive about it, think about it all the time. It actually consumes me in a way. I don't want anything to stop me -- which includes Ryan Serhant, trying to sabotage my efforts by jumping in the pool at my broker's open.
I am still in shock about his behavior, and the fact that he didn't want to apologize when I confronted him just shows what kind of a person he is. It is disappointing because I didn't go to his office to fight, but to figure out why he did it and see if we could try to be friends. The only thing I am thankful for is that I now know what he is capable of and what his true intentions are when it comes to me and my business. I guess you can say I am more prepared for what's coming between us. And so are you. . .
You are my favorite Fredrick. Your work ethic is wonderful and you deserve the success that goes with it.
Glad you got one on Ryan, Luis called him out .....and right. He is sleezy.

Fredrik- Great news that you have found love- Congrats! I applaud your style and high energy. However, I don't believe you went to see Ryan to see if you could be friends- uh-uh- no. You were mean to him last season and pay back's a bitch.
Why not try a different tact? Kill 'em with kindness- he'll never expect or know what to do.
Glad you are welcoming to Luis- he's really a great guy. Hope you become good friends.

Oh the 2 sides of Fredrik....I bet you can step on some toes, which I don't care for, but I sure like the soft side of Fredrik....with your parents, your partner, but the previews gave me a scare, hope all's well.
I absolutely LOVE you Fredrik! Based on the preview of the season, let me add that I am also so happy that you have the opportunity to participate in something that too many of us take for granted: marriage.
On a lighter note, you are a little snippy with Ryan at times, but I don't blame you.

First season I didn't really care for you and thought Ryan was pretty cool. Man, was I wrong!!! His ego is compensating for something he is lacking. Your personal growth is a delight to watch. I live in Minnesota but travel the world, and NYC is always one of my very favorite stops. It's enjoyable watching NYC in action from this luxury real estate point of view.
Ryan was pushing the envelope jumping into the pool for sure. But chronologically you took the first potshot in chiding him about not closing one of his deals. So it's hard to find you innocent in the matter.

I love you, you are such a badass! Your wonderful at what your do and I only hope one day I could be as smart and successful as you. I am a real estate agent along the gulf coast. Keep on being the best! And putting Ryan in his place. I think he just looks up to you and probably just wishes he was as successful as you. I was so excited to see that you returned for this season. Wasn't surprised that other guy did not come back, he was uncomfortable to watch. Poor guy.

I am a fan of this show. You are one of my favorites. Ryan, well, he's a bit too pretty boy for me. I will miss the other guy - can't remember his name. But he even made me uncomfortable when he was featured doing anything. I am a Realtor in Florida. I hope you all give us some entertaining moments as well as a peek into NYC cool homes this season.
