    Luis Waits For Nothing

Luis is happy to introduce himself to the world, even if he's surrounded by wine glasses.

The great thing about the real estate industry is that you can create your own opportunities as opposed to waiting for them to come to you. This episode is one of many example of that and really shows that this industry is all about making things happen -- and that's exactly what I'm here to do.

Luis, you are very handsome and charismatic. You look like Ricky Ricardo (I Love Lucy). I guess that would make you Little Ricky. Anyhoo, I just started watching this show a couple of days ago and I am so loving it. Good Luck! You gave Ryan a taste of his own medicine, having all the clients at your open house party.

    Hi Luis,

I really admired how you found a place for those buyers, shows determination as well as enthusiasm! Looking forward to seeing how it all plays out. Also, I loved that you said that you have to feed your soul because it's so easy in the real estate business to let it consume your life.

I have to agree, you can't show all your cards. Rookie mistake.

I don't understand how you weren't able to close that $3.7M deal on the first episode.  Telling any seller that a buyer REALLY WANTS the place is just incognito for "raise the price".  You deserved that.

You've got grit though.  NYC is an awesome place for people who have what it takes.  Look forward to seeing some good ol' fashioned high-end business take place in the coming episodes!

Hey Luis.  Wish you all the best. I hope you don't mind but I think you made a mistake with the Minetta Ln. house.

You should not have told the seller that he has a sure deal. This killed the chance for the buyers to make a lower offer.

The seller was a scumbag for what he did because he was over confidante so he figured he could get a 100 grand more.

If I was the buyer I would have told you to tell the sellers that if he does not except the agreed asking price then   tomorrow the offer will be $50,000 less.  So would just have played the sellers game. I'm allowed to be a scumbag with him too.

Any case, we never found out what happened?  If it's not in next weeks show please let us know.

I also wondered what happened.  The seller was sleezy, greedy and very ungrateful.  It could have taken a year to sell his place without you.
