I loved that we got to see the entire transaction unfold for PHA at The Park Imperial. This was not an easy deal. Everyone told me I was crazy for raising the price, but my gut told me I was doing the right thing and it turned out I was right. Sometimes it takes an out-of-the-box tactic like that to find the right buyer, even if he is right next door! And even though the party didn't find a competing buyer, it did make Jim and Oren feel like they could lose the opportunity.
Side note: P. Diddy and Christopher Meloni just sold their apartments in the same building.
What about the other guys on the show? Good question. First of all welcome on board to Luis Ortiz from Puerto Rico. I only mention he's Puerto Rican because Luis talks about it 30 times in Episode 1. Andy should make it a drinking game on WWHL. I do love the hair, and he makes the show very enjoyable to watch. The funniest part about Luis' first episode is him trying to find some undiscovered West Village Townhouse diamond -- by going between the desks at his Keller Williams office. Say what you'd like about the internet Luis, but trust me, you got real lucky on that one. New York City real estate is a vast web of information and danger; you have to be willing to crawl out and get dirty with the enemy.
ryan keep pissing off fredrik it is always funny when u on fredrick meet up!
Who cares? This show is tiring to me. $$$ Not impressed.
Ryan- You make this show fun to watch!! Keep up the good work!! Fast on your feet and I loved the pool incident!! Hilarious!! xx
Ryan, you are by far everybody's favorite boy toy/dynamic realtor. Your many gay fans wish you would go shirtless/pantless more often. the swimming pool incident was priceless. I wish the show would give you more face time. you never bore and we all love your witty and racy comments.
I loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Ryan. He rocks this show. I love his humor, antics etc.. I was laughing sooo hard tears were coming down my eyes. Love you, love you, love you...Glad the show is back on. XoXo
Ryan, you are hilarious! Please keep making me laugh and keep doing the plethora of things you do best - it's pure entertainment.
Seems to me you were speaking Fredrik's language...he tried to embarrass you at the open house, I took it as returning the favor.... he then made a dramatic, unannounced entrance at your office...sheesh...all's fair in love and war of NY real estate I guess. I think you did a fabulous job at fashion week!! You are a very talented guy!! I'm looking forward to season 2 and Andy, step it up with season 3 please!
I really like you Ryan, but you were so ugly and insensitive towards Fredrik. You showed up at HIS listing uninvited, jumped in the pool, and looked completely awkward; It was almost embarrassing to watch! You were touching all over a woman, whom you never even met! THAT WAS AWKWARD TO THE 100TH POWER!
When Fredrik showed up at your office to confront you about it, you had the nerve to go off, by telling him "English is his second language and he must have been turned on by you." Are you kidding me?!!! Fredrik had every right to be upset, especially since you were invading on HIS territory! If the shoe were on the other foot, I'm sure you would feel the exact same way!
Oh! Ryan Serpent, you're back! Hello there....
I just watched the episode and I must say LOVED IT. I'm so glad your last assistant left she was such a Debbie Downer what a joke. I have know idea why Fredrick got so mad about you jumping into the pool it was fun to watch and the guest didn't seem to mind watching two half naked wet people touching each other. It actually lighten the mood good job at pissing him off. Now he knows how Michael felt when he embarrassed him last season.
I cannot stand Ryan. What an arrogant Douchebag. There's really nothing likeable about him.
You are very disrespectful to women.
Flowerchild1980 What are you talking about? I haven't seen him disrespect women.
Flowerchild1980
Relax, he likes to kid...
we should see you more shirtless
I travel the world and NYC is one of my top 3 favorite stops. You've got some NYC-worthy boldness and I look forward to watching this season!
I'll give you that you work hard (really?, only getting 3-4 hours sleep/night!?), and in my book that affords you some bragging rights. But constantly verbalizing the "I'm so great" stuff is such a turn off. To be sure, I agree with Donald Trump's observation that the REALLY successful people all have a formidable ego, but constantly communicating "wow look at me" comes across weak.
And yes the Park Imperial agent you were dealing with was annoying trying to convince you the place was never going to sell. But to make a joke about him being abused as a child? That's such a low blow. Child abuse is beyond a serious matter.
When it comes to Mr. Eklund, what can I say, I am a big fan of his! However I do agree with you that he took the first dig at his open house. It's hard not to come back after being disrespected, but two wrongs usually make things worse, not even. But it does make for entertaining reality tv...
love the show. you crack me up! hope your new assistant is cool. looking forward to the rest of season 2. be well.
You crack me up! So glad you guys are back!
Even in your blog your a bit full for yourself. I thought maybe it was just the way the show portrayed you.. But that doesn't seem to be the case. Another thing I dislike the the way you have treated some of the women on the show. It's funny because you pull the easy clingy looking types. You need to tone down your ego and then maybe your "well oiled machine" might be more attractive. But for now your attitude and cockiness just ruins it.
Wow, this is not Broadway this is BRAVO.
You are friggin' hilarious and hot to boot! Definitely agree w/ you on the turn around for season 2, about damn time! Looking forward to seeing what this season has in store;)

Ryan, Ryan, Ryan. What can one say about the ever-dashing Ryan. I'd be very curious to see the woman that catches your heart. Always on top of everything. I don't usually find it entertaining to watch someone so in love with themselves but, I have to say, you are intriguing. Sometimes in a very funny way. Just started watching the show a couple days ago. And, I'm in.
