Baywatch's Creator Just Listed the Beach House of Your Red-Swimsuit Dreams

All your wildest lifeguard fantasies offered at $9 million.

If you've got aspirations of being a Baywatch babe — or perhaps attracting one — consider the franchise co-creator's retro-styled beach house as your next vacation property.

Gregory J. Bonann has worked with the likes of David Hasselhoff, Pamela Anderson, Zac Efron, and the Rock over the various incarnations of Baywatch, which originally launched as a TV series in 1989. His four-bedroom, 3,200-square-foot beachfront home on the Pacific Coast Highway at Las Flores Beach (where Edward Norton is looking for renters) feels like something of a party-ready love shack inside and out.

It's got lots of exposed wood and a sandy outdoor beach area with jacuzzi for entertaining.

The space might be called a backyard, were it not actually located underneath the house.

The top floor's master bedroom has a sumptuous deck that puts you right on the Pacific Ocean — you know, in case you need to lifeguard.

Bonann has previously listed his abode for as much as $11 million, according to Variety, but has settled on $8.9 million for his current listing with Sotheby's.

There are a couple Baywatchian touches on display in the home at the moment, including one of those little red rescue floatation devices used as an art piece on the wall.

But no word on whether you can keep that when you move in, to truly actualize those fantasies.
