U work in spurts, when someting is cooking u jump in and focus on it.U cannot be on call 24/7.So when u spend time with ur G/F give it ur full attention.

I would also agree with the chocolate girl that during the hairdressing session at the point of shampooing your hair I noticed how your face looked without hair on it. You are so cute. Please do what you want but stay the same. Your style and your attitude. All of you are wonderful and I look at it like the real estate course at the university. I would say that you show to the world how to be prepared and how to be professional and what are the basic duties of real estate workers. I use the word WORKERS because it is a hard job to do what you do in this market and not allowing yourself to be sloppy unprofessional and learning all the way up to your success. Chad, The first season I supported your strong work ethic. I realize that the tv show edits a lot of the dialog but I have to wonder when will you realize that life is not all about work and money. Over the seasons it seems as if you've become more mechanic in your style of work and approach to communicating with people. Find balance now while you are young.

Donald Trump's daughter recently got married, she is a hard working very successful young woman who was not brought up spoiled, but brought up with a strong work ethic. I have total repect for her parents ability to instill these qualities in all of their children considering the wealth and access they were surrounded with their whole lives. But has Evanka taken it too far.
She and her new husband delayed their honeymoon because they had too much going on with their work. You, Chad are
always talking about balancing your work and your relationship with Victoria, would you delay your honeymoon?
I have been married 22 years now and am 53 years old,
my husband and I still talk about how great our honeymoon was all the time. When all is said and done, it won't ever be a real estate deal that was one of the best days of your life, it will be your wedding day or the day your baby was born. Think long and hard about those e-mails that you don't need to look at this thanksgiving weekend
or you might never have that best day in life. It was our little trips to Palm Springs and San Diego with my husband who was my then boyfriend that led up to me saying, "yes" when he asked me to marry him. You know the
most exciting part of my wedding day which is going to sound weird but it was the plane ride to Oahu that night
on our way to the pink palace, The Royal Hawaiian Hotel."
It was the plane ride though, just him and I on the way
to start the rest of our lives together. Have you ever seen the movie, The Graduate? The last scene in that movie is Dustin Hoffman and Kathryn Ross sitting on the bus, their not talking or hugging , they are just sitting there and you can see the contentment in both their private thoughts that they were on the way to spend the rest of their lives together.
Don't let your work or your client take away your life.
Have your life and feel fortunate that because you do work
hard during work time, you get the goodies, the $'s to spend with Victoria
as your reward, enjoy your rewards, give that to you, you
deserve it. You know what in the process you'll even be better at your work because you are having some fun. If
you care about yourself and you love Victoria as much as you say you do it should come natural to you that the priorities in life are seeing and creating happiness for
Victoria and yourself. I promise you, you'll never regret
it. I'm not saying leaving your client out to dry, just be organized, leave a message on your voice mail, "gone till Monday for some rr , but I'll be back
on Monday and will be returning your call, please leave your name and number and what time you called and I'll get back to you then, thanks, Chad"
Don't you feel it is a little weird that someone like Evanka Trump didn't take her honeymoon yet? I think it's
sad that she is going to have a disconnected honeymoon memory.

It's good to hear that you're spending more time with Victoria. She seems to be really understanding but a girl can only take so much. I hope you really tell her and show her how important she is to your life WITHOUT mentioning business AT ALL (not even to say how understanding she is). As a fellow female my heart goes out to her, having a boyfriend who works all the time makes you sometimes feel insignificant. Make her feel special everyday. =)

You're a great looking guy. I wish I could see more of you without so much hair in your face. When you were getting your hair shampooed I could see your face and hairline, and you are a knock out. Please think about changing your haircut.
