Chad, I live in Ontario, Canada. Since I have watched your show I have wanted to get into real estate. I think that it is great that you are doing Real Estate at your age and have encountered such great wealth at your age. That is why you are my Idol. I would love to come and work with you, but the commute is a little bit...lol. I have a question though. If I choose Real Estate as my career choice, what kind of courses do I take when I go to university? By the way, I'm only 14 years old, lol.

Chad i have to say i totally agree with you. Josh has been acting childish and it's ridiculous. I think he needs to grow up and accept the responsibility of he's false actions. Maybe sitting down and having a one-on-one talk with him will do some good...just an idea.

Chad, you acted very unprofessionally and childish the way you spoke to Josh. Madison hit it right on when he said he didn't even want to be involved with you on that photo shoot. You are just a little too full of yourself. Obviously you didn't learn a thing from the book "Don't Sweat the Small stuff". It just made you look petty and jealous of Josh. When you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything at all.

Chad, Your blog and actions are riddled with contradictions. If your motto is "don't sweat the small stuff," why would you "go there" with Josh? Why isn't a colleague's failed competitive efforts to cover his embarrassment small potatoes...if you are truly secure with yourself, that is? Also, you are clearly going to need to reach for more than the "mcnuggets" of a philosophy to cope with life. Go to the real philosophers or Zen masters, if you have the patience to read a book.

You should have pushed Josh into that pool when he threatened your dog. No one would ever think of saying something like that to me...it really got me fuming last night.

I think you are by far the most talented of the three agents, but you DO need to figure out how to have a personal life too. Unfortunately, I think you prefer the excitement of working to anything else right now. Maybe if you work hard for the next few years and really build up a huge stash you'll be more likely to take it easy and devote yourself to someone else later in life.

you are a different breed, indeed. At first I didn't like you, but after awhile, I could see you are a good guy, a likable guy, and of course very professional. Your dedication will take you far...I would say this though, the concern you show with your hair is a bit much...but the lil dog is too cute.
