I almost forgot how stressful the deal with Val's property was - especially the open house! Not having the key to the guest house was just ridiculous. It's critical that I take care of all of my clients and place the utmost in loyalty and care to get the job done. At the end of the day, I was able to put a smile on Val's face - that makes it all worth it.
I love having lunch with Victoria and Starla on the weekends. It's our only quality time we get to spend together since Victoria has a full time job and is always traveling. Thankfully, Starla got her "room temperature" water that Victoria was so adamant about ... haha.
It was nice seeing my mom in this episode. She is the best chef in the whole world and I'm not saying that because she's my mom. She knows exactly what to make and for any occasion. I especially love her red velvet cake that everyone saw last season. I love spending quality time with her because she gives the best advice!
Chad, I love the way you treat your clients. I am trying to adopt this approach to my practice, which is, doing taxes. I watch the show and gleam from you the way in which you treat your clients. Lots of success..
Are you REALLY the way you are portrayed on the show? Have you always been the same, spoken with the same affect and had the same mannerisms? I think the real you has not shown itself yet. I think you try too hard to be something you are not, and it is humorous at times, sad at times, and disturbing at others. You seem like an intelligent enough person...why the act?
Chad, you seem to go to the ends of the earth to put a smile on your client's face and are insanely devoted to your job. If everyone had your work ethic, the world would be a better place. You are inspiring and a joy to watch.
Chad, this message is mainly for Victoria I saw she was wearing a neon yellow skirt on your lunch date with you guys and Starla. I been wanting a skirt just like that and was wondering if you can please ask Victoria where she got that skirt or the website? Thank you!! I love the show by the way your habits remind me of my older brother hah. Anyway thank you again!
You seem to be pretty good at you work. But I have to say, you are not very nice regarding your friends and love ones.
You are nice to your customers, puppy, yourself. You need to look into yourself.
Chad, You are a great business person but you are very immature, and self centered. I hope one day you realize what is truly important.
Love watching Starla! I have 3 chi's of my own, including one long-haired! How old is she and how much does she weigh?
Chad, You are the best agent on the show! That guy you co-listed with doesn't deserve a dime. I think you and Victoria seem great together and your little dog is adorable!
Hey Chad, I know of a brand new property (estate) in Temecula that needs to be listed and sold. It comes in around 2.5 million. Care to have a look? Contact me via email.
Thanks,
Tom
As a real estate agent in New Jersey, I can't believe how you work. You never give square footages, any problems, its all about the view!. Plus your hair is nuts! Grow up act more professinal and stop worrying about your conpetitors, just do your job! Referrals will follow!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hey dude i just wanted to say hey and see how ya been, still like the show...keep rockin and keep intouch...
why would you take so much care to get a contract that ensures your right to the DOG but you won't go through making a contract in writing for Victoria to make sure you 50/50 of what you both have together.
Hi Chad-I watch this show faithfully, and I think that all three of you are excellent at what you do. I'm not crazy about your holier than thou attitude. I wish you would grow up. It was so unnecessary of the comment that you made towards Madison, about the Monkey statement, who in the beginning of the season, was going and getting laser treatments so YOU would not look like a monkey, very unprofessional, and please do something with that hair, it's getting really hard to even look at you.
Go Josh and Madison!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi Chad, I just wanted to say you are my favorite guy on the show. You care more for the client than the others. You have ethics and are sincere. I enjoy watching the show because of you. You are wise beyond your years. I think you are realistic at the same time as showing compassion. I don't blame you for wanting your share of custody for starla. I think you are very smart to think ahead.
Chad, I've been watching your series since you've started and I you are definitely have succeeded with your own style - Bravo Champ ! You still need to finish up your package. "The Woman", Victoria neeeeeeeds to grow up. She seems to also be "throwing a tantrum". She neeeeeds to be support of the man she "loves" more than herself. "Nice" girls like Victoria sometimes is not what you will need or what will help you in your life to continue your growth and success in the business and in life. You may seriously need to start reconsidering exploring your horizon in that area as well. You need someone that is uplifting and fun as well as educated. Quite frankly, Victoria time has or is coming to an end. You shouldn't have to beg anyone to make a decision to be with you. Love is not selfish. Evaluate that part of your life more seriously because the person in anyone's life will either make it or break it for you. Just a concern Mom from the Northside of San Antonio TX
Hi Chad, You always look great. Your always so meticulous in your dress and the care u take with your clients. Of the Trinity I would list with u. U deserve high marks on your direct & honest approach. Please tell me what u had for lunch that day with Starla & Victoria? I believe u started with a green drink in a carry out cup, then a bowl of green tea ice cream, and Two large green milk shakes? What the Hell! No wonder your thin. What did your Mom cook for your special dinner? Are u a vegetarian?

Chad, I love you on the show and appreciate your attention to detail being a former Realtor myself. However, the dog issue has me puzzled. Who actually PAID for the dog? I am assuming it wasn't you or you gave it to Victoria as a gift and now are concerned that she might take off with the dog. Honestly, the whole "pop the question" lead-in was a dead set up for a break up! I can't believe she didn't throw that wine in your face. I also appreciated the advice your life coach gave you about "being in the moment" when you are on your own time. You must pay him good money, so take his advice! Good Luck! ;-)
My son Brandon and Chad are identical, my son is only 17 and I have been on him to think about his future, and he really likes money. I watch the show with him and it shows him how young people can really suceed. I was a very young mother and want alot for him.
Hey Chad, This is my first time ever writing a comment... anyway, lets start out by saying I respect you. Few people are special enough to be so well rounded to be sooooo succesful, so early in life. I am a young nurse and I know how hard it is to make a name for yourself and gain respect from collegues and the public. The way you've thrown yourself out there and are doing this tv show is a true sign of your integrity and ambition. I have to say though, it was a little strange that you made a fuss over the dog and didn't try to commit to Victoria as well at the same time. We cannot turn back time to make things right, but it may have made a lasting impression on your girlfriend as far as where your priorities are. You are super sweet, meticulous and understanding... I know it would be hard to loose your sweet little dog, but on the other hand, I think you deserve someone who puts as much love and effort into you and what intrests you.
Chad,
I watch the show with my Aunt (a real estate broker) and my Mom. You are by far our favorite! You are a solid guy! Keep up the fantastic work!

Chaddy cakes - you are tooo much toooo soon and I love it - I want to see more interaction with you and the unforgettable Josh Flagg - the two of you together always at odds over the most small things make this show = Bravo better realize this.
Cakes,
Victoria always seems sad to me....I bet if you were to have a heart-to-heart with her she might tell you how depressed she really is. Is she dissatisfied with her job? Or is she having some difficulty dealing with your fame?
Chad, you are fabulous! You are my fav out of the 3. I thought the life coach thing was hilarious. Starla is precious, and honestly i would've done the same thing about the agreement. I'm 23, and you're a huge inspiration to people my age trying to own our own business and become successful. Thank you for the awesome show and laughs!
I am curious as to who that is playing your life coad.. Interestingly he has the same nose as you, face strucure , and even your voice and speech patterns... does the life coach happen to also be a relative... ah.. reality!
Chad, you are my favorite on the show. But, I can't believe you wanted Victoria to sign a "joint-custody" over Starla. Doesn't make sense! Buy your own dog. Victoria always seems sad. Listen to your life coach. Take care.
Chad,
You are definitely my favorite! I know this is a reality show, but I'm sure the toast you gave to Victoria had to be scripted. As much as your job comes first, you have good manners, and I know you wouldn't have said something so selfish had not the cameras been on!
BTW - isn't the money you spend on marketing a property tax deductible??
Keep loving your reflection....no shame in that!
Chad...you spend money like water like $700 cakes to impress other brokers. Sure it is tax deductible but I really wonder if you could do without all that unnecessary expense. For someone your age you impress me as being very mature. Good luck and make plenty of money...you'll need it.

Chad, you're definitely a hard working man and you try to exude professionalism at all times, but one thing you might want to consider is NOT licking your fingers to turn pages of a contract (or anything else for that matter). It is unsanitary and gross to use your saliva to help you turn the pages. Frankly I was shocked to see you do that. Please make an effort to stop.
