On that note, I think viewers are going to take a real liking to the show. There is drama, suspense, comedy, big beautiful homes (and believe me, there are bigger ones to come.) One of the houses they show is a home I sold last year for $13,500,000. The owners allowed us to shoot footage of it, but they did not want to be on camera, so we were unable to film that transaction. It would have been a great asset to the show though.
I was close with the owner of the house I sold in episode one, and having gotten to know him, I think he would have been really proud that we talked about him and featured his home. It was unfortunate that my client, Sam, could not get the house; however, I was still glad we gave it a try, because that is the only way to find out in real estate.
im a young real estate agent in florida only 20 years old and i like the way how you present yourself and get down to business. its exciting to know that there are young people out there getting it also. real estate is my passion and i love my career!
I am happy that I saw the show for the first time today. I have often thought about getting into real estate. I have worked in land development as a civil engineer and was layed off 6 months ago. You guys are a real inspiration to me. I am 27 and have a family but I believe that real estate is where I should be. Thank you for being taped and allowing your story to be shown on tv. You are a very blessed invidual and it is great your grandmother is still around. My grandmother was my best friend and now she has passed away. I am now married and my wife best friend. I hope you the best in all of your endeavors and if possible if you might email me I would really appreciate it. God bless you. You have accomplished more than most people your age.
Do you do business in Puerto Rico? If so, please let me know. I am thinking of putting my 5 acres on the market. if you're interested I will give you the details. i love the show and your grandmother.
You are a fantastic business person. You are much more natural than the others...they are trying too hard. I think your Grandmother had something to do with this.
Josh, thank you for inspiring us (your audience)toward excellence. Keep up the pace and the great work. Did your grandmother ever meet the world renowned (The Hiding Place) and humble Corrie Ten Boom? They share similar experiences growing up through the Holocaust.
I pray that you and Chad can find a way to "reconcile" and forgive each other. You are a great personality and you will be an even better person by resolving this conflict. Be kind.
Blessings to you and your family. Shalom, Pilgrim Phil
I think you are terrific and the star of this show. Keep up the great work...we love seeing you every Monday!!!

Hey Guy's you really inspired me in Real Estate transaction, when i first watch your show it really amazed me and i wonder if there is really a transaction like that, but i think it's true. I like all of you guys there, Chad is very Professional, Madison is hardworking but what i really like most is you Josh, when you watch the tv Josh is like a easy go lucky, not to serious but whewww the transaction speaks for itself, he's really a cool Guy... I really like his style he has a strong Charisma.. I like it maaannn...
Hi Josh I am so excited about getting your book. When I saw that you and your grandmother last name I wondered if we could be related. I have been doing my own research of my family particularly my father side. I notice we have the same last name and I always wondered where did the Flagg's come from there's not very many Flagg's in this country and the one's I met we would do a family background research and learn we are related. Is your father a Flagg or is it your grandmother's people? My father passed in 2003 and left me and my brothers and sister a old Flagg book but it doesn't give information like I need.If can please give me some history of the Flagg's I would appreciate it so much a lot of question that my sibleings have would finally have a answer.
In the begining I didn't like you much. I saw you as arrogant and pushy. Since I have been watching i have come to change that opinon some. But I want to tell you I love the way you treat your grandmother. You are very kind and loving to her and I think that makes you a much better person. I have always told my children that they way people treat there parents is how you judge them. Your grandmother is amazing. The fact that you take them time to really sit down and talk to her about things is fantastic and the fact that you travel with her is just beyond. I can see total respect for her and you just don't see that kind of respect from children or grandchildren today. I can tell you that if I had a multimillion dollar home to sell I would trust you to sell it.
Josh, Your a good kid and I think your Grandmother has kept you grounded just enough to remind you of what is important in life; being a human being. The fact that you rolled up the sleeves in Montana was good to see..... it shows you are not afraid of a real hard days work, intstead of watching it happen on TV or on your Black Berry. You should have brought the kid with the Bobby Cut with you....... I don't think his hands have ever touched the handle of a shovel
I was wondering where you rented the swans that you put in the pool I would love to rent some her in LA (Malibu) for a party* thanks
Hey Josh, Having such an incredible strong women like your Grandmother in your life is such a blessing. Aren't Grandparents the absolute best!?! And you were exactly what she needed in her life to properly honor her and everything she over came in her past. Allowing her to tell her story then putting it into words for us all to read and perhaps have a respect of those who did not make it is a beautiful gift. You may be a good real estate agent but I think the story you are telling makes you an amazing person. Tell Grandma NYC loves her!
Josh, how wonderful you are close with your Grandmother. I so appreciate my own, my life would have been over if it weren't for my honest, hard working, 100% German Grandparents.
My comment is this:Chad TALKS about how he is the man who can get the job done. Josh, you just SHOW them how to get the job done. I admire your creativity and ability to think outside of the box. I have been in real estate & mortgage lending and am a creative thinker, I love to watch you. Chad? eh! boring. Madison? Just can't relate to him and he doesn't impress me as an agent but, maybe there is more to him than what I know? JOSH! Keep up the good work! I like watching you!
I have grown to like very much this season you "Josh" in displaying your true passion, knowledge and witt, in your business practice! Listening and taking the advice of your truly wonderful Grandmother is so amazing to see this year. Both of you inspire us all showing how wonderful it is to see the old and the youth can work together to make each other contented! You are truly lucky to have your Grandmother, Mother and Father still living with you! It is you Josh, that I see...having the better knowledge and skill, of the other 2 young men on the show! Please, do take your meds....we all want you to continue doing excellent business!
You are handsome, talented, intelligent and seem like a nice guy. I like your devotion to your Bubbie, she will be your guide. Stay as nice as you are on the show. God Bless.
Josh, I really enjoyed hearing about your nana, I think it is great that you are going to write her story of her life during WWII. I would like to know what you are going to name the novel, I really want to get one when it is published!
