Million Dollar Listing
Josh Flagg

Wow Edith is soooo funny isn't she? Montana was a lot of work, but it paid off in the end because I got the listing. Selling land all the way out in Malibu is not always so easy as Madison said, especially in this market, but we will see what happens next episode. The fact that I could get all those brokers to that open house shows that if I put my mind to something, I can do it, even if I didn't know the exact boundary lines or water rights for the property. Big deal - I figured it out in two minutes!

Just leaving Madrid for New York, what a beautiful city, but you have to be careful at night time because there are a lot of crazy people out here. Signing out. By the way, I think this show gets better by the week, don't you?

PS - Everyone please check out my newly published book A Simple Girl: Stories my Grandmother Told Me. Not only will this book inspire you, but you won't be able to put it down AND it supports a wonderful charity The Jewish Federation. It is the rags to riches to story of a woman who survived the holocaust, came to the United States with $5 and started one of America;s great clothing lines, not to mention she also introduced Polyester to this country! Read it and love it! Visit www.JOSHFLAGGBOOK.com

Josh,
As a longtime sales trainer I want you to know that it is a pleasure to watch your sales skills at such a young age. I use clips from this show in my training classes on Negotiating. I have been in the radio industry for 15 years and it never ceases to amaze me how BAD most salespeople are. You are right in your eliment and ignore those who tell you that you need to slow down. Bull! You are one of the best because it is your life. Keep up the good work.

What was the line ... 'they didn't teach this at Jewish camp' as you plod through the mud in Malibu in your gorgeous shoes? Had me on the floor.

Even though it feels like every deal and scene is set up, you are coming off as a brilliant comic actor and I love watching you. I see a little Charlie Chaplin, Woody Allen and Bud Cort from Harold and Maude.

Love grandma.

Josh you make me smile every time I turn this show on, and not just because you are easy on the eyes. You are so unique. When are you going to find yourself a good girl to take care of you? Lmao. I began to see a side of you I completely relate to during the scene, I believe it was last season after your birthday party, when you ended the night alone in the hotel room. I hope you are well and in good health and spirits, and congrats on your book. Speaking of, I am glad I pulled up this website so now I know about the book!! Your grandmother is full of priceless knowledge it seems, and I can't wait to read all about her story :)

Josh! The show is total entertainment no, it's obsession. Just love all you fellas! I'm an agent in Ct. and now planning a trip to Calif. Would love to have you mentor me. You and Chad should focus on your fun sides you'd get along so much better.
The show is incredibly educational it provides a perspective for the agents and (thank God) the clients. I'm learning so much. Josh you are the idea man who's calm exterior smoothes ruffles feathers of the most difficult clients. You stroll through the difficult moments with unwaivering confidence. what impressed me the most was how you walked away from a big commission and unrealistic client knowing full well it wasn't worth your time, what finesse! Chad is the perfectionist. Most critical of himself but works on it like hell. He uses his brain at all times and separates his emotions from the deal.Madison so charming he's sweetly honest and in control even if his clients don't think so. Always maintaining his dignity he's extremely organized and makes people wonder later how he did it. What a terrific show I watch all the reruns too! Sometimes I miss a crucial element. Make more episodes! Anne A.

It took me awhile, but at this date, you are the one! I am sure you know who & what you are - comparatively speaking here...hopefully what the Dr. found is just a misplace 'burp' or a champagne bubble. Many, many seasons ahead for the series....peace & goodwill

Josh,

You have the best attitude; and whether it is real or put on, you are by far the most entertaining person on the show. Although you take your job seriously, you still have a sharp wit and make all of us laugh our $@* off.

Looking forward to next week!

Josh-I just got done watching the episode, where you brought that 8 million dollar cash off regarding the property were they wanted 10 million. I have to say, the owner was totally wrong not to even look at it. I mean it was a cash offer and as you told the owner from the beginning it was not worth 10 million. You handle it like a pro, and to be honest, she does not know what the real estate market is right now. Great exit line, I'm going to leave this offer here, so maybe when you come to you senses you will look at it. She was a real bitch about the whole thing. Just shows she did not know what the hell she is doing. I would like very much if you keep us up to date, in the event that she comes back in the picture, I'm still in shock with her attitude, what an idiot she was, and you are right, when that property is only worth 6 million she will be very sorry for not taking that deal.

Job well done!!!!

ALL FOR JOSH

Josh - each and every week you prove to be the most interesting and quirky on the show - all while getting the sale done - and giving us laughter and pure drama - "I'am dying" - well you just better not - your way to cute for that - hopefully you will have your own show soon.

Josh,
Love the show! Just curious though, on the episode where the next door neighbor comes over to view the property do they know they are participating in a reality tv show? I ask because I can NOT believe this guy would actually embarrass himself so completely without getting at the very least compensated for it!! I was absolutely cringing at his behavior! Well played on your part and I loved the way you handled the other broker! Very entertaining!

Just got caught up with this show again, I concur with all the other posts Josh is the most entertaining and compelling realtor on this show. I think it's dude's humility--falling down ass up in the Montana snow---hysterical, hard work and class just make me want to root and cheer for this guy!

The whole time I was wondering what you would do with your shoes..When you drove off and your shoes were in the road. I died laughing.... cant wait to see more...Thanks for sharing!!

Josh Flagg, You are a rock star. I love all the creativity you bring to your work; even in the horrible down market, you still manage to come out as a winner. It's so nice to see how close you are to your grandma; she is full of wisdom.

Hey Sweetie~ Josh I think you are an absolute doll and I admire your determination. I own and operate my own restaurant at 25 yrs. old. I love the feeling after a long day that I know I have accomplished something good and pleased my customers. I love the way you interact with your potential buyers and I think people take you the wrong way. Property buying, selling, and renting are very difficult, I know, I live outside of Chicago. Your a doll...I would love to me you and Best of Luck, you Deserve it

The more episodes that air on this show the more I look forward to seeing what you are up to. Bubble baths, creative marketing tactics -- golfing, horses, it is that quirky creative nature that dilineates you from the others, keeps me interested, saw clip for next week -- going to the doctor stating your dieing? Not sure what that is about but will watch to find out.

JOSH - On behalf of your NYC fans may I say it was a great event meeting both you and your granmother at your book signing in New York City - You are indeed very warm, sincere, and real people - we where all commenting about how laid back and approachable you are - To have your grandmother chat with us and give us life advice and tips for our own success was priceless- we wanted to know about both you and your grandmother - and it was most interesting and surprising that you both really wanted to know about all of us - I wish more of your fans could meet you in person - you are really and upfront nice - and NON FAKE - real person - I am hoping that Bravo realizes your value and spins you off in your own show - what a treat to hang out with you both - thanks

JOSH...

I L-O-V-E the new hair cut this season! It's so much more all round professional looking. I laughed when I saw you had to leave your muddy shoes. Knowing your taste, they cost hundreds! Easier than muddying up the Porsche floor I suppose!

I think it's so sweet that you are so close to your grandmother. She seems to be a very cool lady and I could tell she was rich but introducing polyester to the USA is beyond! I can't wait to read the book.

Why in the name of hell did they portray WHITEFISH, MONTANA, like that?????????Whitefish is home to ALOT ALOT ALOT of celebrities, and RICH people! IT is a top ten ski RESORT 60 miles from the canadian border. It is home to IRON HORSE! which U cant buy unless U R RICH and Qualified, sometimes not even then!! They showed the Blue Moon Bar in Columbia Falls!!YUCK YUCK! that is the most depressed area here for the love of god! The Flathead Valley (whitefish) IS ALSO home of the LARGEST NATURAL LAKE ON THE WEST COAST!! FLATHEAD LAKE >>>and ur not buying on it unless u have MILLIONS of dollars!! I was very dissapointed to see how they portrayed our real estate here! If anyone wants a true picture of our real estate VALUES they should look up a house on Big Mountain, Whitefish Ski Resort,,maybe with the economy u can find something under 5 million!! lol Sad Sad depiction of a JEWEL of a Place

Josh,

I thought your idea to market the Malibu property toward the "horsey set" was brilliant. It's a shame that you didn't really do much homework on what would be required for the land. Your lack of knowledge had the guest agents see you as an ill informed little pisher...
