Million Dollar Listing
Josh Flagg

Right now I am on holiday in Europe. I just saw episode 2 and I must say it is really quite funny. While I did decide to remove the property in Westlake off the market, I felt it was in the owner's best interest. After all, why should they take a hit in this market when they can just sell it later for a profit? Right?

The house in Bel Air was a very quick deal, I put it together in a matter of hours. Not bad especially considering I did not even know I was going to get a listing that day. I hope Sam and John like each other after Sam tried to sleep with his wife, but for some reason I think John knew he was just kidding. If Sam wanted to sleep with her, I think he would have tried when John wasn't looking. Ha! In London at the fabulous Lanesborough Hotel, simply wonderful. Signing off.

Watch Sam's proposal here:

P.S. Everyone please check out my newly published book A Simple Girl: Stories my Grandmother Told Me. Not only will this book inspire you, but you won't be able to put it down AND it supports a wonderful charity The Jewish Federation. It is the rags to riches to story of a woman who survived the holocaust, came to the United States with $5 and started one of America;s great clothing lines, not to mention she also introduced Polyester to this country! Read it and love it! Visit www.JOSHFLAGGBOOK.com!

Dear Josh
I'm 14 and my mom and I watch the show all the time(you're our favorite!!:]) It was so funny when you were in the bubble bath with the bubbles on your head!! We also thought it was funny that you lost your car in the parking lot barely pushing the store's whole stock of ALCOHOL also when you were in the doctor's office and when he walks in you said "I'm dying". We hope you're not actually sick! Have fun in London can't wait until the next episode! PS don't take any guff from Chad!

I never miss an episode. I thought I'd pee myself when we watched you sinking in the mud at the Malibu property with Gary. The whole clip with you shivering and your poor ear turning bright red. But the funniest part is you leaving your shoes there. I love the show, Josh, and you have that rare gift of being able to laugh at yourself. Don't take it all too seriously...I despised L.A. when i lived there...I also adore your grandma and can't wait to buy the book and read her story.

Hey Josh:.
I am a So. Cal lady and just watched an episode of your show. This was the second time I watched the show and it struck me tremendously when I noticed your wonderful looks. I guess it's the new look that suits you well. I will continue to watch the show and will check out the book too. I am a Protestant Christian but, I love the Jewish culture plus I love your connection with your grandma. I have a 24 year old son who is very close to his grandmothr (my mother) and has the same style as you! Shalom!

There was an episode where Josh has a Jewish couple seeking to purchase a home and he listed a bid with numbers that he said were Good Luck in the Jewish faith. Can you tell me what those numbers were?

THE INDECENT PROPOSAL EPISODE WAS AND IS A HARD SHOW TO WATCH. I THINK THAT AS A RENTER I WOULD HAVE COMMENTED BACK WITH HARSH WORDS AND TOLD HIM TO SHOVE IT, AND WALKED OUT.

Josh, I love your new look this season! You're more clean shaven, and you got rid of the mohawk. It makes you look young, fresh and trustworthy. You don't look too young which would make a client question your experience.

Keep up the good work!

Josh, You make me laugh! I almost fell off the couch when I saw you in the tub, on the phone with a million dollar client, with a HUGE pile of bubbles on your head. It still makes me laugh when I think of the image. That's the way the entire world should work, don't you think?

In the episode titled "Dolphins, Rats and Next Door Neighbors", one of the neighbors, Natalie, who dropped by to look at the house you are selling with her boyfriend, is the Paris Hilton impersonator. Too bad you wasted more than an hour with someone who was trying to get tv air time.

I just finished watching THAT episode of the Bel Air man
hitting on the other man's wife. I couldn't believe the
nerve of the guy. I know he was trying to be funny, but
his humour crosses the lines and is in bad taste. I was
suprised, John did rent from him...
By the way, it's a great show - you and Madison are great !

You are an insightful and personable agent, and I wish you continued success. Maybe it was "the editing" or something, but the first time that guy with the rental made suggestive comments about your other client's wife was bad enough. More than once, he should have been slapped. I can't believe the guy stood for that and rented that guy's house anyway, but kudos to you for managing the situation and getting the deal done. I was also impressed with you walking away from the co-listing deal with the crazy woman who got "insulted" at the 8 million dollar offer. She needed to grow up and counter.

In one of your shows you mentioned Newport, RI. Have you ever been?? You are the best! You keep us watching the show. We will buy your book..can't wait to read it. It is so nice to see how close you are with your Grandmother.

You make the show fun to watch and I love the way you carry yourself. I don't know why Chad has a problem with you. It seems he just has his own issues that get in his way. You handled that lady in Newport very well, I was laughing when you left the offer on the stairs. That look on your face was priceless. Hope you had a nice holiday, I'm heading there myself to Paris for Dec and Jan. Best believe I will have my DVR catching what I miss.

I like you the best. I didn't at first, but can now appreciate your smarts and you seem to have gotten some depth since the 1st season. I only hope that I can give my grandchildren guidance that they listen to like you do with your grandmother. That's why you're smart. I like the short hair because we can see your face. But must say that sometimes you would do best to learn to control your facial smirks so that people can't read them and then know what you're really thinking.

You'll do great and can hardly wait to see what happens next!

The address for the Newport Coast listing is 25 skyridge. It's in Pelican Crest. The home site has an ok ocean view, but not realy for that area. Most homes on that street with that view will sell quickly at $6,000,000. to 7,500,000.

YOU ARE A MENCH

I think you are one of the most intriguing reality cast members to come to Bravo. You are pleasing on the eyes, vibrant, educated, highly intelligent and intellectual, you self-regulate your emotions in the sexiest way. You are light years ahead of the others and, dare I speculate, all your peers. I wish you had brothers and sisters, hopefully you do. Where are your parents? Gramma is Old School from the Best Generation, indeed, but where are your parents? If I was your mom I would be singing your praises in every temple and from every skyscraper. You are such a catch. You have the world in your palm and I wish you the best of everyhting. You are a remarkable young man with so much zest and enthusiasm. I hope if you have a love interest that she passes grandma's test. If Gramma does not like any lady you introduce to her you should take heed of her wisdom. She is such a great character... I hope she stays active and lives to see your children grow up some day. Please do be careful about drinking and especially drinking and driving, like I think you may do occassionally (last season I believe at your dentist's (?) house)?
Stay away from that anti-semetic creep at the towers. He is beneath the gum on your shoes, Josh.
May God Bless you and thanks for the entertainment you bring me every Monday when your show runs. Love YOU!!!!

Very Curious

YES! I'm so curious TOO! I second Home Curious, Marilyn and Ana's questions. What EVER happened to that $10 million (or $8million, according to you) house? Did that lady ever sell it? I would almost love it if you told her what you did, and she didn't heed your advice, and now is still stuck with it! Did it sell?

10/27/2009 - 3:57pm

Josh you are my favorite agent on the show. I love your attitude towards some of these self absorbed clients. You freakin crack me up. I would love to see in the next episode that stupid women who thinks she can sell her house for 10 million come crawling back to you and tell you, you were right!

Love you Josh. Who was that chump from next door who you showed the overpriced, oversized home to? Talk about a jerk! Of course you handled it brilliantly, as usual. You are my favorite on the show. I love the wonderful relationship that you have with your Grandmother. These days of rampant ageism, it is rare to see a young man who would want to hang out with their Grandma. It's touching and it's also very wonderful, because she is so talented and wise and also brilliant and accomplished in her own right and she gives you such wonderful advice and insight and wisdom that only her years on earth and her love for you can give. You are a lucky man Josh. Keep up the Good work and don't stop having fun!
Your Friend, Kathyn

JOSH, you are soooo SEXXY I love watching you do your pitches and sells you are THE ART OF THE DEAL and a real HUSTLER. You give it to the client clean with no chaser or filter. They know up front what to expect now and later. Very different from the other two shiners, once the glitter fades the client is not happy later, you dont do that. I am a FAN, GROUPIE, LOVER OF JOSH FLAGG FOREVER.

Josh, you are a great negotiator, I am so hooked on this show (I was an Escrow Officer for years) and I really like all of you, you are all have different personalities, and I really like the way you play hard play (very effective). Good Job. I really was not pleased with you last season, but this season you have won me over. I really think your relationship with your grandmother is just awesome, what a mentor.

Good luck to you. Let's hope the market changes soon, but like you said, you could sell a house with no roof on it, and I believe you could.

OMG Josh! As a realtor I can't tell you how much I felt your pain when you drove an hour and a half to show the overpriced house to the next door neighbor! You handled yourself very well - I'd like to think I would have the same composure if put in that situation but I'm not so sure!

Josh, love watching you and your grandma and the special bond you two share.

I have a question for you, whenever you can answer it I would really appreciate it. I am completely mesmerized by the wallpaper in your apartment. Can you tell me who makes it? Thanks and have fun in Europe.

Living on the edge there, Josh, having both sides together with you in the middle. I felt for you. Awkward, yet, entertaining and most important, the deal happened.

I am a new viewer. I am hooked. I have been watching re-runs to catch up for this season. I am a realtor in Sonoma County and very much enjoy comparing your luxury market to ours. I love your grandmother. I will buy the book. She is obviously a special lady with invaluable wisdom to impart. The title of the book reminds me of something I have learned as a realtor...the secret to success is simple, just not easy and a select few have that magical "it" quality. Looks like "it" runs in your family...Enjoy your holiday!

I am so happy that Millionaire Listing is back on TV. It is absolutely my favorite show on TV. The three real estate agents are the best and each one is unique. Chad just cracks me up with all the fussing he does with his hair. Josh is bold and brassy. Madison is so sweet. Keep that show on the air forever!
