So I forget things sometimes? It doesn't mean I am crazy. Or maybe i am? I cannot believe I forgot my party! Oy vey! It looks like my friends had quite a nice time though. So they didn't think i was gonna get a buyer on Montana, eh? Well I guess even if I didn't know all the property lines, I could figure it out! By the way, Bologna and Naples are shit holes! Here in New York now, and what amazing weather! I think I brought it!

I just feel you are more real now.. i dont know what happend, but I adore you=) hmmm.. Maybe it was the pills you were taking?? ah.. I wish i knew you in real life.
Hey Josh,
I adore you with your Grandma. It makes you appear to have a much stronger character that you care enough to keep up the daily contact with her. You are both blessings to each other and thanks for the comedic touch you add to the show.
Josh,
You are hilarious. I love your relationship with your grandmother. It goes without saying you two have an amazing relationship and I think it is great you took the time to travel the world to get to know her story even more.
And what can I say I love that you put Chaddie cakes in his place.
Anyhow I think you are great and hope to see you next season!
Josh,I look forward to reading this book about your grandmother. We are the witnesses who must remind the world of the horrible things people do to others. Thank you for going on this journey with your grandmother and sharing it with us.

I know that look I wear it too.I hope You find Your Happy. Love Ya Cutie Cakes! Gael
You so FUNNY, Josh. And you're HOT
Awesome mind and my favorite on the show. Yo should have your own show. I hated the "new" Real estate agent that wanted to "learn" from you...what a D-bag
Hi Josh...So I found something to help your memory...your dr told you to slow down, and I know what you're thinking..."in this market? I can't afford to slow down!" Sooo...I found something that may help:

Take care of yourself :)
Josh your so ahead of your anyone in today's real estate market. Your're an inspiration to mankind and we all should treat our relatives with the kindness and respect you have for your parents and grandmother!!!I hope you always stay grounded and find happiness each day of your life. Thanks for showcasing your life for us to admire. karen
Good to see a fellow KW agent in action. Very creative marketing at your brokers opens the horse theme for the land and the red carpet leading to the wonderful view from the home on the hill was brilliant.
Hey Josh
You are so entertaining to watch, you seem like a very likable guy. I don't blame you for not wanting to take medication, you should have someone special to help look after you...and yes, your dogs are cute
You are a bright, well adjusted and intelligent young man that — if he sets his mind to it — can achieve anything. A psychoactive competent to one's daily life is only appropriate when ALL other avenues have been exhausted. I am sure ALL avenues haven't been exhausted; therefore, with the right intervention by a psychiatrist you trust, you can abate the need for any pharmaceutical intervention. Besides, as the commercials so clearly point out, the long term side effects can be more devastating than the initial diagnoses in the first place. Liver, kidney and so many other problems to name a few can suddenly appear; than what do you do? Just take more time for yourself, slow down a bit, and create continuity in your life, and everything else will fall into place. Most importantly, as one who wears many hats, the first thing my Father always taught me was "delegate, delegate, delegate." So if I have to remember something, I simply put a piece of paper (or copy of a letter I have written) in a folder for the date I need to remember (file folders Jan - Dec and then 1 - 31) and then pull that day when it arrives. Everything in the folder enables me to remember without filling my own memory to the brink. Even when to have the oil changed, filters for the heaters, or birthdays. Most importantly, take any psychoactive drug and you alter who you are; and who you are right now is who people most admire. Best wishes. www.heavenshelpinghand.org.

Hey Josh, you're great. Love watching you on the show. So, I'm ADD too and got distracted during commercial break and felt compelled to write you.
I was diagnosed with ADD in third grade and medicated all through grade school. I ve been on Ritalin, adderall, concerta, stratera.. You name it, my mom put me on it. I quit taking it after college and am doing really well. I have a really stressful career, but manage it by trying to fit in daily excersize. It also helps me sleep better. Just an idea. Hope you find a way to deal
Josh,
You are by far my favorite on the show.
I really think a good look at something new would help your mental focus and clarity. http://orders.myunivera.com/
not medication
Don't do it Josh! You are RIGHT!! You dont need Adderal. Meditate for 10 mins a day for a week and your forgetfulness will disappear! I bet your grandmother doesnt think you need it either!
You're awesome just the way you are, even if you forget I told you so ; )
Hi Josh,
ADD and ADHD are things my father (who has passed) worked on with Neurotherapy and Brainwave training... it is some much less invasive and harmful then drugs. We are in Texas but we would be happy to help you for free. Contact me if you like.
Thanks!
Allison

Josh I enjoy you so much on the show. My grandma raised me so I love to see someone (especially a cute guy hehe) who appreciates their grandmother as much as I did mine. SMOOCH!
Good job J- You stay away from the drama & are by far the best the show has to offer - meet up in RSF sometime @ the spa!
Stay cool stud!!
Oooops ..... Happy Birthday :)
I just love the relationship that you have with your grandmother . Hope that your health is okay . I love watching you on the show , you are to much . Love your dog also . Take care , and don t worry about the business , soon it will pass and you will be wheeling and dealing again .
Joshie - I predicted the shoes would remain in the mud!! That was too funny and soooooooo you!! Your Grandma is your center, may God bless her! I know you can't possibly be all work and no play, when do you play and do you have a special someone?? Just so you know, although we know you already do, you are, by far, the classiest, most stylish and most knowledgeable of the three. I'm hoping the doctor tells you that you are just fine, but stressed, on next week's show. Until then....mazeltov!
Josh,
I hope the issues with your memory loss are not serious and are mainly a result of stress. Your grandmother is so interesting. Her story is amazing.
Josh, I really enjoy you visiting with your grandmother and what a wonderful relationship you have. One does not see this often within the family.
I pray that your health is good, nothing serious.
"Happy Birthday"
Best of luck!
Josh, you are my favorite on the show. Im praying your health is ok. I cant believe you spent 2000 on alchohol and forgot your party. Take care and I hope you get more listings from the guy from Montana.
Todd
your by far my fav. cant wait for the new episode.your the man!!! oh and good luck with the doct
You are THE best broker and I hope that your health is in good order. It is amazing to see the relationship you have with your Grandmother, God Bless her! Your time was better spent with her that night than with friends who walk into your home, help themselves to your refreshments and don't seem to care or worry about you!
Thank you for donating your book income to charity, that is wonderful!
Josh your the best. You have style, smarts and good looks.
Your mind works just great as far as I'm concerned. I will pray for your health. I know I've underwent 3 brain surgeries/nothing life threating but it has hindered my life. I agree stay off the meds mom mentioned you can do anything you put your mind to. I love the show but by far your the most clever. I think your grandmother is the one consistant in your life who has opened your mind up to seeing opportunities others never would. She is just the as smart and cute as yourself, continue learning and listening to such a strong intelligent women. Best of health.
Your fan
Meg
you are by far the most professional, knowledgable agent on this show. but, the fact you were hanging with your gramdmother instead of your friends says a lot about your character. I will totally check out the book. And I have been a continued supporter of the Anti Defamation League for the past five years. Keep up the great work!
I'm glad Million Dollar Listing is back, but why does it look like a home movie?? It's terrible! If that's what you call High Definition then you can keep it! Please don't let the other shows look like that!
so you had 8 people at your "Party" and 1700.00 dollars worth of booze! WHAT??!?!?!?
Love Love your sales appeal! In this economy your making it happen.Your inspireing to see I wish you good health and strength.I would love to know what your grandmother thinks of flowers in this market? I own a flowershop and I need some good advice! Keep up the great style and work.
Luis
You're sheer entertainment, Josh. You make me smile. And your relationship with your grandmother is unique and priceless. Keep up the good work.
Josh I love your style. I love how you were able to convince (in an earlier episode that agent to come to your price) I like the way you came up with the idea to swap properties. I would have never thought of that. Wonderful. I just love your style. Chad is no where close to you. He has to use a dog to help him with negotiations. Talk about going to the dogs. LOL.
Joshie - you are my fav. You are respectful of your elders; keep a watchful eye on your grandmother (she is just precious - golfing in the living room with a hat perched on her head - how cute is that?!!!); and in my estimation, the most intelligent of the trio.
My concern is your health; therefore, I'll think positive and hope for your clean bill of health.
Judith
Josh, You and your grandmother are the only reasons I watch the show! The talks you two have and the trips you take together are great. Makes me realize every week how much I miss my Grandmother. Alos can't stand, I mean REALLY can't stand Chad. He is a self absorbed little wimp with a haircut from the Beatles in the 60's!!! Madison is ok, but way to laid back for the profession he is in. Love how you traded the Horse parcel in Malibu for the condo! Great Idea!! Keep going and good luck!! PS I am 55 so a warning. Forgeting things only gets worse with age. Maybe your forgetting things is a sign of the stress your under and nothing else.
Josh, How lucky are you to have your grandmother, who truly loves you. I have been praying for you that your medical tests turn out to be nothing serious. Sending lots of love your way. Keep up the good work, your deals are always the best. Cheryl in Yelm,WA.
Josh I hope All goes well with Your Doctor visit.
Hey Josh!
You are too funny. I sometimes too wonder why I forget things so randomly! And sometimes its things I really should know... hmph! What was I saying? Haha! I love watching you and your grandma on the show. She is a trip! You are truly very blessed to have her, so close too.
Cant wait for next weekes episode...
Josh, you are my favorite! Love your grandma too
I cant belive you forgot you bought all that licquor!
