FOR ONCE, A Realistic Seller
Nice, another SOLD in this crazy market! For me, this home was especially important, not only because my clients are such nice people with such good karma, but I felt very compassionate about alleviating their stress of carrying two mortgages. I’m so glad they took my advice in staging the home. It clearly made a visual and emotional difference and showed me that they really trust me as their agent. Malibu is an international destination and these buyers found this listing on my website, which is a testament to using great photography and technology to sell property. The negotiations on the episode were quite confusing, and yes, requesting a pool is utterly ridiculous. It just goes to show how aggressive the buyers think they can be.
While I was busy selling this property, Chad was busy with the VERY LARGE personality of Jack. In fact, that home is still on the market and I’m sure Chad is still “spending lots of money” to attempt to sell it. I was a prospect for this property and used it as a “pocket listing” (an informal agreement to represent the seller) to gauge the motivation of the seller and to decide whether or not we would be a good fit to work together. After a few weeks, I decided it was not the best business decision to pursue a formal listing agreement. And a wise one it was!
I’m sure I’m not the only one that wants Josh’s grandmother’s autograph. She is quite possibly one of the most entertaining women I have seen. I love her!

hey darling! hope all is well..what episode did we do on Bravo's Million Dollar Listing? I have no idea what season either!!! All I know is I adore you baby!! xoox
Madison I think you are a really cool guy with a lot going on. I am sure that you have a lot of compassion for your clients and it shows and I know first hand that delivering bad news to clients is very difficult however, I commend the way you handled those situations. On tonights episode I was a little disappointed that Josh got in your ear and tried to turn you against Chad who looked like he was actually interested in clearing up rumors over the "W" property. I feel like he is jealous and needs to deal with his own issues. Please do not let Josh influence you and stay positive because that the end of the day, he is your real threat.
Madison, You are my hero and I can't wait to see your "NO on H8" add campaign. I too want an autograph from Josh's Grandmother. She is an amazing woman and full of wisdom. You and Josh’s are the best on the show. Best wishes to you both.
Madison, If every guy had your personality there would be more marriages lasting longer because this world has too many men with vicious attitudes.
What a great episode. I especially loved your negotiations with Jane Kellard from Sotherby's Malibu. You two made a great team!!!
Who are these crazy sellers - do they not know that there homes are going down in value every minute - do they not watch the news and the economy - you are great - how you put up with miss chady cakes is beyound me - you and Josh are really good agents interested in getting the best deals for your clients, and showing us viewers the art of the deal. best wishes to you madison. PS - I am worried about those tenants that leased that wonderful home in the Bu (sorry - to much CHAD CAKES) - they appear interesting at best. Hopefully they will buy the place.
Madison, Really? you are to cute for your own good ! Damm if i were 20 years younger ! lol Love the show and love you !
Hey Madison, You are so sweet. You always have positive things to say about Josh and somehow manage to bite your tongue when it comes to Chad's arrogrance. You made the right decision about the house. The seller seems crazy. Cheers!
Madison I am not sure how you bite your tongue so much w/ Chad? You have way more class than I do that's for sure. Kudos for you because I find myself yelling at the TV for you! I can't stand that guy! You and Josh totally rock!
Madison your attitude is great and can get you through anything it seems like!! I love it, and you're very inspiring to others, like myself. =D Yea! keep up the good work!
At least your able to tell the clients the facts. I can't believe all you have to deal with to make a sale keep it up. Serge4hair
What an awesome show! I'm addicted, obsessed whatever it's marvelous! Madison, you are special and smooth. You're in control at all times even if your clients think you're not. You are a natural at sales because you're so multi-talented you appeal to many. Sweetly honest, but know when to speak and when not to. What an amazing agent where do you get the time to do all? I'm an agent in Ct. myself but my career is splintered with my family obligations. I love your mannerisms and expressions they are comical at the right moment. The show and all of you professionals are an inspiration. Complex and intelligent turn to biblical principals for encouragement when you get down and know that there's someone out there just for you with a GREAT love and desire to share in your life unconditionally. SAIL THROUGH!!! The market will be hopping again. Love you all.
Madison, I don't watch much TV but I always make sure I don't miss this show. I think all 3 of you are entertaining to watch, but I heart you the most because you seem the most mature and genuinely kind. It is easy to see you have a great spirit. I wish you tons of success and happiness!
Hi Madison, I love watching you on tv. I am a mortgage consultant so I know how what the market is like from a business perspective. I really admire how you do business. I can work with you if you ever need a lender in Alabama!!! Keep up the great work.
Madison, I'm also a Realtor in the North Bay area of California. Love the show and just wanted to comment on the last episode and the season so far. For anyone out there who has doubts about what these agents are encountering on the show, unrealistic sellers & buyers, painful price reductions, declines in value, etc..This is REAL people and it shows that the high end real estate market is not immune from what has happened. Keep up the hard work!
Madison Dude, of the three of you, by far you have the most going for you. You seem to have a great personality, good morals and not trying to be someone your not. As far as Chad, first he needs to pull that stick out of his ass and seek some very good mental health doctors. He is going to explode one day if he keeps up this weird impression of a very strange person. I applaud you for not knocking his weird hair off. I have never seen a person with so many weird issues. Your being bi is not only normal but gives you a lot more people to love. Just remember, your true personality shows in every episode. Keep you head hi and if you ever get a chance, please mess up Chads hair.
Madison, You rock. You're the only realtor with a soul and the only reason to watch M$L! Hope your year ends well. WilL
Madison, you come through the show "real",as in "not doing crazy things to get ratings". This season is so different from season 1, now the market is down; it is really interesting to see how super star realtor like you deal with the situation. Enjoy your work, but don't forget to have FUN!
I believe that you are the better part of the trinity that is Million Dollar Listing. You make me smile and I celebrate with you when you close a deal. You are awesome and have a great heart! May God bless you!
Kisses & Huggs from Georgia,
Madison, I really enjoy watching you on the show. You have a great personality and it is probably quite something to know you in "real" life. Stay true to yourself and don't sink to the level of property thieves!! Also, I hope your health is okay as I have noticed you are very thin. Don't work so hard and every once in a while, have a piece of cheesecake!! Have a great week!!
