Madison talks about Kimberly's roller packing, Chad's relationship with Victoria, and more!

So, I have to admit I was only half watching this episode because I was packing at the same time for my trip to Argentina tomorrow. Yes, I need a vacation and I am going to relax, learn to play polo, and watch the opens. I expect nothing but dulce de leche for breakfast, warm sun, and vibrant city nights filled with dancing. Nevertheless, I was watching yet another unbelievable episode of over-the-top surprises.

I am glad to hear Josh has no serious health problems and suggest he finds better ways to manage his stress. I think he is on vacation now, so that is good. Congrats on the sale!

Now, before we get to my client's deal, I have to mention Chad's mannequin-like passion for Victoria, and her unexplainable patience for it. Chad vehemently explains to Victoria that work is his priority, and proves it by not only interrupting predesignated "together" time, but also by ignoring the advice of his life coach to have that intimate weekend. I guess it frustrates me more than anything to watch someone say one thing, but believe in another, and avoid being truthful with himself/herself. Life is too short to not be authentic and happy, both inside and out. I don't get that feeling from Chad and Victoria, and I hope that I am either wrong or that someday they figure out what it is like to be unapologetically happy and comfortable.

Now, let's talk about my segment. I feel like I'm being made out to look like some softy, pushover negotiator type. There was more to this negotiation than aired. Regardless, my client Kimberly is as sweet as candy and as fun as they get (obviously, she was "roller packing" her move.) Genius. Well, I hope you all enjoyed the show and continue to watch.

Oh, I am hosting a charity book signing at the Abbey in West Hollywood on December 7th. If you would like to come then get more info when I post it on "become a fan" of Madison Hildebrand on Facebook, or follow me on http://twitter.com/Madison_Hilde.

Smile,
