Since watching the show from the way begining you are a fantastic real estate agent, I truly admire your level of professionalism and how cunning you are in the market.Any recommendations for a senior in highschool to get a jump start into the world of real estate?

You're absolutely my FAV of the show. I love watching you deal with difficult clients as you always have such finesse and class in dealing with their demands. You are the reason I watch the show. You exude positivity and class, and by far, always come out the winner. Chad and Josh could learn a lot from you. Thanks for keeping it real each week. You were hilarious in the dental chair, but it's important that we see that side of you too! Your speech was fine. It was highly edited and they always pick the worst cuts for better tv. Looking forward to more interesting moments from you and the cast. Keep up the great work!

You do a good job and handle yourself very professionally, but I was very disappointed that when the sex book lady got a low offer for her home and decided to take it, that you didn't strongly recommend that she at least throw a slightly higher counter offer back at it. What was the worst that could happen? They say no and she takes the first offer anyway.In my opinion, you took the easy way out there, because the potential increase in your commission was not a whole lot, but you could have gotten her a significant amount more just by asking.

You were pure grace under fire with Chad. You definitely were the better person to not comment - you got class my man. You're so down to earth without the arrogance of your castmates. I only watch the show for you - you're the most interesting, hot, nice, did I mention hot - LOL. I can't wait to see you next week. And loved your dental moment. Do you have issues with the dentist? All I get for a root canal is novocain. You got the good stuff!

I love this show and I think you are the perfect Californian male. I love looking at you and your smile. I hope to see you with a love interest one day. You'll do fine in your business because of your easy going ways and smarts. Both my husband and I think you're great. You're right Chad will wash away. Did you know that his name means the paper dots made by the holes in computer cards. Yes indeedy, those left over dots that were thrown in the waste baskets were called 'chads'.

I was in Escrow here in SoCal till the market died a painful death. I just got out, it was too low on the end of the scale to fight for crumbs. I think I have some sanity bac as well, how do you keep your positive outlook during the dark ages of real estate? Did I say incredibly?

You are sooo sweet. Even thought Chad talked badly about you, you still said nice things about his speech. You always have nice things to say about Josh too. You just have a good heart.

Hahaha, that dentist moment made my life! i don't remember what it was they gave you, but it was obviously some GOOD stuff, lol...i'm sure your speech in arizona went a lot better than they made it look on tv, (editors for ya) keep up the good work, and i wish you all the success you can carry

I did not expect to - because I had a preconceived notion that Madison would be shallow based on looks - but I enjoy Madison a lot. He is mature, articulate, and level headed, and maintains a level of dignity even when those around him act like chimps. He is much warmer than Josh, who seems cold, and more adult than Chad. Of the three, I would choose Madison. By a landslide.

Chad is entertaining, but a bit high maintenance and prone to kitschiness and drama. Good speech though as far as entertainment value.

You are the highlight if MDL. I began getting hooked last season, merely because you are funny, determined, hard working and personable.

Thanks for always giving us a laugh and a storyline to look forward to.

When I am ready to sell my home, I will definitely be calling Malibu Madison!

I really like Madison, (in fact I really like all of them), they have different personalities, different strategy and they are very good at what they do), but back to Madison, he seems like the nicest Realtor that I have ever seen (I was an escrow officer for years). Just wanted to let you know Madison that you are a very special person. I hope this terrible market turns around for all of us, but you are doing fantastic in this market.
