Attention, international players: Mel Gibson is selling one of his vacation properties abroad for a price you'd sooner expect to see in the 90210 zip code.
You definitely get more bang for your buck if you choose to pursue this destination property as your international pied-a-terre than you would in California, though: Not one but three homes sit on separate hilltops on his 403-acre Costa Rican estate Playa Barrigona, which has been listed for $29.75 million.
The big daddy of the homes, Casa Guanacaste, has seven bedrooms, while the other two homes each have two bedrooms.
Naturally, they all have their own pools and outdoor entertaining areas.
Sea turtles and monkeys also live rent free on the grounds, which is surrounded by lush jungle forest, with white sand beaches just beyond.
But selling it hasn't been as easy as the actor may have hoped. Gibson has owned the property for seven years and has listed it twice before. A promotional video from 2014 brings it to life as "a haven of solitude and serenity."
In case you want to double down on celebrity havens, note that Playa Barrigona, located on Costa Nica's Nicoya Peninsula, is about a three-hour drive from the Peninsula Papagayo, the new Kardashian family's favorite destination in the region.
And it's about to be the next hottest place you need to visit if you want to roll with the in-crowd.
