Baller couple Beyoncé and Jay Z are not afraid to splash out when it comes to securing the perfect vacation home. They once spent $400,000 for a month in a plush Hamptons mansion — a house so touched by the Bey effect that it's now asking for a cool $1 million a month — and who could forget their flawless AirBnB Super Bowl find, at which a stay will cost $10,000 a night?
Now, one of their lesser-known hideaways has just appeared on the market... for a scant $3.695 million.
The super-couple stayed at this three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home in Tampa's plush Davis Islands neighborhood as the singer prepared for the first dates of her Formation tour, which kicked off in the Sunshine State in April. The couple, or more specifically their entourage, created quite a buzz in the neighborhood at the time. Few actually caught a glimpse of Queen Bey herself, though, which is perhaps testament to the privacy offered by their rental.
According to the Tampa Bay Times, the house was built in 1969 and measures a spacious 3,708 square feet. Noting that the house's current owners are a former WFLA-TV's Daytime show host and her husband, the Times writes that the home "is surrounded with lush tropical foliage that screens it from everything except the bay waters to the west."
The report added that "it's a fine place to hide from paparazzi and overeager fans."
