Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo Could Make Almost $1 Million by Flipping Their New Mansion

That's a solid profit for for an investment they made THREE MONTHS AGO.

Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo bought a 1.2-acre estate in the tawny Holmby Hills enclave of Los Angeles as they prepare to welcome baby number two (who they hope, like their first daughter Dusty Rose, will be named by Ellen DeGeneres).

In a flipping move that would make Jeff Lewis envious, the couple plunked down $18 million for it three months ago and have just put it back on the market for $18.9 million, according to Daily MailIf they receive an offer at full asking price, they can make almost a million dollars in just a few months.

On offer is a five bedroom French regency mansion with a two-story guest house and pool that's a stone's throw from the Playboy mansion. Adam and Behati still own a 3.66 acre property in Benedict Canyon, where the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agents have recently shown homes.

Not bad, not bad.
