Things seem to be getting more and more serious for Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez, who have been defining love bird #goals for over a year now. Now, the couple is shared-real-estate official. (Is there a "relationship status" update for that?)
According to Street Easy, the superstar twosome just purchased a three-bedroom unit in the so-called "tallest residential building in the world" at 432 Park Avenue. Listed by Douglas Elliman Real Estate, the condo went for about $15.3 million, and has a few perks to show for the price tag.
The unit reportedly spans 4,000 square feet (and that's New York square footage, which is about as valuable as gold.) It has four-and-a-half bathrooms, and massive windows that overlook Central Park and the city skyline.
The building itself has resort-style perks including a private restaurant and a 75-foot indoor pool; there's also a performance venue, in case J.Lo feels like putting on an impromptu show. Oh, and the odds of running into someone fabulous on the elevator are pretty high.
Chelsea Clinton is reportedly another one of the building's famous residents, and we imagine there are a few more.
And for the record, we could have predicted this gorgeousness: J.Lo's excellent taste in real estate has already been proven by her Bel Air mansion.
