Celebrity stalkers, take note. Mariah Carey is reportedly moving to a new pad in one of Los Angeles' fanciest zip codes. In true Mimi fashion, the diva won't be shacking up in any old (super nice) property — nope, Carey's Beverly Hills mansion is a $35,000 rental, according to Variety. And that sounds about right.
The eight-bedroom, 10,000-square-foot spot is considerably more affordable than Carey's previous $100,000-per-month Coldwater Canyon mansion, but you wouldn't be able to tell its a size down when ogling its specs: a gigantic pool and outdoor spa, a luxe library, and a chic kitchen (to name a few).
Its currently owned by a Saudi royal but Nicki Minaj was the previous tenant, proving its perfect for a music industry pro.
