It was difficult to juggle representing both the buyer and seller when it came time to both parties counter offers. A large (double) commission was at stake and I obviously wanted to make the deal both for myself and for my clients.
I am known to go above and beyond to please my clients while showing properties. With the Levians, however, I wanted to make the close of escrow a special experience. Tying a big red bow around the house added a final touch to the end of an exciting process. It wasn't easy...and probably not the smartest idea to scale the balcony to wrap the facade of the house in satin; however when the Levians arrived "home" for the first time, the bow served as a symbol of my commitment and satisfaction of their purchase.
With only two episodes left, I'm excited to see what's still to come.
