What an episode! Lots of drama, competition, and emotions flying everywhere!
It was an amazing experience to be able to list a penthouse at the W Hollywood Residences. This episode just proves to me that it's important to "think outside the box." I have watched the W Hollywood development since it broke ground. This is a project that I have always wanted to get involved with because it's the only one of its kind in Hollywood. I knew I was the right person for the listing and passionately pursued it. I am really excited for Anne and know that she will enjoy the W lifestyle and all of the amenities that come with it.
When Maranda told me that she thought Madison was a little disturbed that I had the listing on the penthouse, I had to clear the air with him. Bumping into Madison at the open house in Malibu was a perfect moment to bring this up. I thought that everything was worked out after we spoke. But after watching it on TV, I knew he took it the wrong way. My intentions for bringing the W Hollywood Residences up to Madison was to take away any ill feelings that he might have had. Communication is very important to me. I hope that after he reads this, he will know that I was coming from a place of just wanting everything to be all good between us.
Victoria and I also had a low point in our relationship which was very clear in the episode. I was still super stressed out over the market downturn and was taking business calls during our quality time with each other. It's obvious that Victoria feels she comes second to my business. I know that I have to do something FAST to save our relationship. Watch what happens in the next episode!
