The very fact that you're upset that Josh Flagg 'let the cat out of the bag' concerning your girlfriend's interviews is indicative of the fact that you know that your involvement was inappropriate. If everything is on the up and up, why would you care; your career isn't at stake. As is usual, people should listen to their own advice. Your girlfriend's foray into becoming an agent may not have been Josh's business; it was definitely not yours.

Josh, I think you and Heather make a great couple. You guys look like you belong together and I wish you two the best. As far as Madison goes, forget him!!, he is insecure and he should have no reason to feel betrayed because Heather has the right to do what she wants. Did Madison really think she was gonna work with him forever?? I am a little shocked by his behavior and find him to be very unprofessional about the whole matter. Someday when I win the Massachusetts state lottery I am going to come to LA and have you sell me a nice home in Beverly Hills. Best of luck to you and Heather!

Yes, Josh you are a great addition to the show. But, I do think you were inappropriate towards Madison at the Malibu house. Not shaking his hand and all the sarcastic remarks made you look like a jerk. Lighten up! Other than that I've really enjoyed watching you. You're a real go getter and I would probably employ you if I were in the market for a property in the BH area.

By far, the I am a fan and glad you replace the motley hair, 'cakes', and that stupid little dog. You, my friend, are a real negotiator (and Flagg has his own style of negotiating that I like.) The contrast makes for good tv. Continue the entertaining, but insightful way you conduct business. Professional, yet passionate about your job, is why your life is so rewarding. Best of luck, mate.

You and Heather have something special and Madison is really jealous, and I kinda get that...His best friend is sharing time with someone else..I totally think he would be acting this way even if it was someone he had never met before...

I hope you can all mend fences...yes he is wrong...possibly you can be the bigger person and try to ease his fears that he is never going to lose Heather as a friend even if he may be losing her as an assistant.....

Caballero Good thing you replaced that other guy on the show. I'm a KW Realtor in Austin Texas and I feel you are the most prefessional on the show. Nothing against the other two Agents but you know how to stay focused on business and for the most part say level headed and focused on the Goal which is to get the deals done. You don't beat around the bush when communicating with clients. Your are direct, confident and get the job done. I have to say I've learnd a lot from this show. Seems like the more expensive the homes the easier the deals. Cash Deals are always fun.

You are right in a big way saying you cannot bring emotions into business. dont let it get to you as long as you know deep inside what your intentions are and all is well within yourself you have nothing to be mad about. I dont think madison is really focused on his real estate business as much as being all about himself.

I love your approach to the business and it's always fascinating to watch you work it. You handle yourself very professionally, even with all the Madison silliness. You're a nice addition to the show! Love that smile and your intellect. The adrenaline kicked in when you walked out on the deck and sealed the Malibu house deal. Loved it! Go get 'em! ;)

It’s mine first season watching the show & if you were not in it, I probably would not watch it. The other 2 agents do not bring anything extra to the table. After watching the episodes aired so far, it seems that you have natural talent to sell, excellent people skills & drive to take care of business. If I had a million house in West Coast, I would defiantly would have hired you to sell it. I think you can move anything from 20 mil house to used underwear

@ admo415- It's all in the editing. Josh A. probably sells higher end, but I am sure the other two sell a lot too. Bravo will probably switch plans. as to how Josh A viewed. He is a go-getter though, cant deny that.

I am not surprised you have a number of female fans. Your unwavering support of Heather's career (discussing her ambitions while making her dinner, no less) and clear appreciation of her intelligence is a refreshing turn, especially for a reality show.

Did we watch the same show last night? "cause it was Madison who was the obnoxious one having a hissy fit over the fact that he "owns" the Malibu real estate market as well as his assistant. Really, are you Madison's mother? Or just someone whose head is screwed on a little loosely?

You have got to be kidding me! Madison was the obnoxious one and kept coming at Josh with his nasty remarks in a totally unprofessional way. He thinks he owns the Malibu real estate market as well as his assistant. Really, though, I think it's all about his having a crush on Josh Altman. That's what really has his panties in a wad!

Over the years, I've worked with different realtors in different states. Now, I'm watching and waiting, waiting, waiting, Josh, for you to show us that you're a person with whom one would wish to do real estate business. So far, I don't see that. You seem too assertive, enough to drive potential buyers away. Why be so pushy? If makes one feel that perhaps there's something about this particular property or that particular property that needs further inspection and consideration before making a bid on it. I've tried to account for the film editing process here. And shake Madison's hand, for goodness sake. He's done nothing wrong. A professional would behave in a professional manner toward a colleague.

The season finale is already next week??! I hope we don't have to wait another whole year to see more of this show! It is great!!! By far the best season yet.

You and Madison are fools. Heather is playing the both of you. It was her idea to move but she is making it seem like you had a hand in it. I think you and Madison should drop Heather because she is a career golddigger. If she finds someone with more career connections than you, then she is going to drop the you like she dropped Madison.

This is my second season of watching the show and I have to admit I found you rather cocky and a bit obnoxious at first. However you have really grown on me and now I enjoy watching you work and think you're actually endearing and quite funny. Have you written a book on selling real estate, or do you plan to? I for one would buy it.

Josh, you've definately added a lot to the show, but really..."I'll give you $25,000. to get out of here" wasn't the most professional thing you could have said to the other realitor. It was tacky. It was the seller's perogative to co-list.

Just try to remember not to get caught up in any drama with Madison. Bottom line is that the two of you have totally different personalities and work ethic (I wish you were our realtor when we sold our first place six years ago!!). I'm not saying that I don't like him or he's a bad guy; he just has a different way of conducting business and himself. His laid-back cali-personality doesn't mesh well with your go-getter type A and I totally get you and I'm sure it's frustrating to work with people like him out here, especially in your industry. Let him think what he wants to think about Heather and don't get caught up in it; however, I realize the season has already been recorded so we'll have to watch the upcoming episodes to see what happens.

You're in the business to make money so you obviously do a great job of that personality and all! As for Heather, I'd actually like to see you guys together and maybe eventually a husband and wife team:) Nothing against Madison, but I think Heather was at that crossroad in her career and wanted to ramp it up a bit while working closer to her home. Good luck to her as well!

I think Madison has lost his passion for real estate. With the market the way it is right now, I think he looking for new direction. It wouldn't be a huge surprise to see him venture into something else.

I don't think your intentions with Heather are on the up and up. I am sure she is great eye candy for your arm and business. I am not sure you would help her get started back in the business if she asked.

I think you are terrific,however with the other 2 being Gay the show has ,like many others ,become more about alternative lifestyles than about selling houses....So I won,t be watching..Good Luck to you!

Josh - Although I don't always agree with your way of handling conflicts, I do think that you are doing the right thing by standing up for your right to date Heather and for her to make a go at selling real estate. As you said in the house in Malibu regarding why you were there, "I am a businessman". There is no agenda, except to sell real estate. Madison has to get over it and do a better job with his own Malibu real estate business. Madison also has to realize that Heather was never going to be his assistant forever and it's just natural for her to want to move on and become an actual real estate agent.

You have been impressive this season. I do wonder if you and the other two agents give away too many secrets on the show? I don't think I would trust any of you guys after watching how you do things during the negotiations. Keep in mind that future clients are watching too.

I have to say that I really enjoy the show. I think that you do add some comic relief in that you take yourself way too seriously. You think that you have the right to approach everybody regarding Heather's life. Is this not a grown woman with a mind of her own. I know that guy's have huge EGO's and they have to be "the protector" obviously you feel that way too. Otherwise, you wouldn't have approached Josh regarding the call he made to Madison. Grow Up, he had every right to call Madison....as a matter of fact he had more right to pick up the phone and call Madison than you did to approach and question him. At the end of the day you look like a Bully, confronting everybody on behalf of your girlfriend. A little high schoolish. I hope it's for the show and you're not like that in real life. If you really want to help Heather...teach her to have some integrity and be honest regarding her actions. The bottom line is that Madison has been nothing but great to her and she owes him that courtesy.

Please tell your assistant Mickey to grow up a little. He almost cost you that Condo you sold for the elderly woman by doing all those push ups and lounging around on the couch. He got caught when the woman walked in, but he does act a little immature and you are so far beyond that. Good luck. Love the show, but try to loosen the tie a bit.

I don't think Madison is jealous. He sees Josh for the person he is and he doesn't want heather hurt. THROW in the fact that as soon as she met him now shes leaving. Is Madison not allowed to be upset over losing a wonderful assistant? If the situation was different and she quit on her own terms Madison would be fine. Josh, I like your style !!! You remind me of how I used to be during the height of the real estate market when I sold furniture for a living. I was the sharpest dressed and the sharpest when it came to dealing with customers. Great job and great addition to the show . I sell cars now and anytime I get down I turn on the show and watch you work to remind me of what I need to be doing. I never watched this show before you came on; now I am sad that I have to wait until the next season after this Tuesday. P.S. You and Mikey provide the comic relief that is sometimes needed ala Morris Day and Jerome Benton. I guess I'm showing my age. Lol

Josh, I see nothing wrong with your dating Heather. However, you did put the bug in her ear about leaving Madison's company. And I never saw where he told her no, that he did not want to expand the company to selling properties in West LA. Perhaps that landed on the cutting room floor. Anyway, as far as her professional career I think both you AND Madison should back off and let her make her decisions by herself.
