Be Yourself

Josh Altman supports Josh Flagg's decision and dishes on his co-listing this week.

By Josh Altman

This episode was especially big for Josh Flagg! I am so happy for him and fully support him in this the next phase of his life. It's really important to be yourself; this was a very bold move for Josh, and I wish him nothing but the best! He's a great guy, and I'm glad he made this decision to be happy. Tune in to find out more!

You'll also see that Madison still thinks that I'm behind Heather's contemplating moving on, and yes, he's still wrong... Heather is a beautiful and very smart woman, of course she's going to look forward for herself and personally we make a great team. I still fail to see how we are affecting Madison's business to get this upset...insecure much? I'm not sure if Madison is really in the business of making deals or just likes the lifestyle.

My Malibu listing in this episode is one of the most beautiful homes I've ever seen. We work in a relatively small town, and sometimes we get put against realtors that we're friends with and sometimes we team up with them, as was the case with this home. It's all part of the business. Yet, when it comes to negotiating, I like to get right to the point. Time is money. In speaking with the buyer, I needed to sell him the dream that goes along with the home and then get to the reality of it to close the deal. I actually wasn't that happy about the scene with Madison at the open house. Anyone who knows me knows how I really conduct business; I'm always on, 24/7. That's why I love this business though, it's always exciting, and when emotion is involved, there is drama. I'm all real estate and I keep a level head; that's why my clients work with the best in luxury real estate.
