Josh admits that his game was a bit off when trying got win over Heather.

By Josh Altman

To appeal to the young Hollywood crowd, I have to keep up with all the hot and trendy spots in LA. Going out to bars and clubs is a part of my business, it's all about networking with the right people. You never know who you will run into or pick up as a client.

The Topanga Canyon house has amazing history. I definitely have to say that it is one of the most unique homes I have ever listed, but also one of the most challenging as it attracts a very small group of buyers because of location and style.

Let's break it down. Madison has Heather, Josh Flagg has the twins, and I have Mikey? Well, at least Mikey is entertaining and he can do the best worm I have ever seen!

Josh Flagg and his gimics... The idea of having a twilight open house sounds good, but looks like it was just an excuse to have a party with Josh's friends. The highlight of the night was meeting Heather, Madison's assistant. She's beautiful, intelligent, and funny. It was definitely awkward having Madison and Josh over our shoulder the entire time. It's a good thing I can sell houses, because I definitely had no game hitting on Heather. Maybe the next time Heather and I are together it will be a little more smooth...

Everyone can relax, we got our fill of Madison shirtless in this episode.
