Just watched a re-run of the episode where Josh Altman and Heather made fools of themselves at Josh Flagg's open house.  Heather went behind Madison's back to the competition betrayinbg Madison and then trashed him with exaggerated claims that he owed her money at money.  Josh Altman and Heather proved themselves to be nothing better than a couple of douchebags and made total fools of themselves at a hosted function.  No class.

Just catching up on the two different Million Dollar Listings. Your ridiculing Madison repeatedly about the thrown drink was beneath you, at least I hope it was, and really bothered me.  Then, seeing how Fredrik treated Michael about his grievances, (name intentionally omitted from the invitation, etc.,) saying HE way crying, reminded me so much of your behaviors.  You both come across as bullies.  I wouldn't mind doing business with a smart businessman, a shark yes.  A bully, never.  Remember, the people you meet on the way up are the same people you meet on the way down.

I can't believe people think you did wrong with Madison!!!  What's the big deal? She asked you for advice and really quite honestly, I knida think Heather knew she wanted to be with you and had already figured she needed to part. Nothing wrong with that. No matter how the situation played out, Madison was going to be upset because in actuality he wanted Heather. Madison is not kidding anyone...he tried to play the poor hurt one.

You tried getting Heather to squeeze Madison for more money and to wrestle her away thinking it would hurt his business. Now she's gone but that's not enough. You're manipulative and she's looking for a handout. Give it to her. I'm sure she'll be a valuable asset to your business. A match made in heaven. Without you she get's no screentime. Lot of blocked posts that i'm sure weren't fans while all the positive posts you write to yourself go unscathed. Can't wait for the wedding episode followed by the murder suicide episode.

Your handling of the Madison situation: super tacky. Let Heather fight her own battles, she's a big girl and she got herself into this situation. You guys owe Josh F. a huge apology for your behavior at his open house. You look like a pretty classy dude, start acting like it.

I think you and Heather did Madison so wrong. Heather should have been more loyal to Madison. Also I think  you Josh acted like a 10 year old baiting Madison saying you got the girl. Jr High kids say that not grown men.  I hope Heather sees you are in it for the competition and not for her.

Josh, You are a talented, aggresive RE agent. However, you are wrong in regard to Madison-Heather. Your are way too aggressive in trying to 'help' (take over) Heather's career. Let's just give you the benefit of doubt that Heather had already wanted to do something different with her career before you appeared in her life. But, I don't think you are contributing in any positive way to make it work for both Madison & Heather. Instead I believe you aided in a bigger tension between the two. That's not helping!

For someone who makes a living with his communication skills, your interpersonal relationship skills could use some improvement. When you assumed that Flagg had "ratted you out" to Madison, you assumed that Flagg knew all about the situation and called Madison on purpose to tell about Heather interviewing at other agencies. I think you know now that all those assumptions were wrong. It is better in that situation to ask the person what happened in the situation and what was their purpose to hear it in their own words. Then you can go at them using their own words, rather than your assumptions (which could be incorrect). It is always a good idea in business to keep everyone on the friendly side, not make bad feelings toward you. You never know when you might need those people to help you out someday.

As far as heather and madison's relationship is concerned: whatever it is, that is totally their business and none of yours. The same is true for you and Heather: it is none of Madison's business. i think Madison realizes this, but I am not sure you do. Keep your mouth shut to Heather about madison. Give her career advice as she asks for it, but keep your opinion about Madision to yourself. She is a smart girl and she will make her own choices. She continues to work with him for a reason. You keep on being yourself and keep your relationship with Heather just between you and her. She will be with you because she wants to be. I think she knows a good thing when she sees it.

Your wrong about Madison not liking you. Your making an excuse. Watch the earlier episodes where he said he liked you. It's the Heather stuff they were close and you are delusional to think that Heather needs you to further her career and she should know better too.

You are a talented agent why do you need to get involved in a business/friendship relationship with Heather and Madison. She is a big girl! But then again she went behind his back because of you. If she is that good she could have handled it on her own. Again he said he liked you he just did not want her hurt cause he cared so much about her.

And you played Heather like you do with your realstate sales. Good for you. Heather be your own person.

I am a 52 year old Businessman. When I watch you, I want to be like Josh Altman. You're stunning, sleek and sexy just like you described the listing on Mulholland Drive. You have a killer instinct when it comes to closing deals. Your sartorial style is impeccable. And your inter-personal relationship with clients and other agents is exellent. The times you have shown not to be in control is when Heather is involved. She is Bad News. Loose her. Good Luck.

I would have to disagree with you on some. The fact is Madison was acting selfish and immature. Madison used Heather's relationship with Josh as the main contributing factor why Heather wanted to leave which was incorrect. You did say Heather wanted to pursue other opportunities in the field so that was correct. But, Josh only was helping Heather who became his girlfriend where Madison was just pushing it aside and hoping the idea would disappear. At the end of the day, Madison had a problem with Josh from the get go. Madison was jealous about the relationship and the fact she was dating Josh, plain and simple. I thought Madison handled the whole situation unprofessionally. From the name calling to his lack of interest helping Heather.

If I want my house sold, I'm going with Altman. If I want to purchase a house, Madison or Flagg. Shark vs. personality.

How was Cabo? I would like to see Heather's style of selling real estate. It would be a nice contrast between 3 guys and a lady. Loved watching this season; looking forward to next season.

Josh, Love your personal style! I am so impressed with your skills as a negotiator. Heather is a jewel, smart and stylish. Hope it works out between you. I do agree with the first poster. I love Madison and think he is passionate and talented. Heather is stuck between two people she cares for and her own right to take the next step in her career. Heather did give Madison the heads up before interviewing elsewhere. He needs to step up and present Heather with the position she has earned. If she wants to stay with Madison, man up and let it be. This is one situation where your judgement, usually crystal clear, should not be clouded by emotion.

I think you set a standard that is not seen a lot in residential realty. It is repleat with housewives who have no negotiating skills or business accumen. Keep up the good work. This economy will thin the heard, which is much needed. I think it is too easy to sit for a license and then go out and try to sell real estate that is worth hundreds if not millions of dollars. You were very rude to Josh F. Heather is a GROWN woman and she can handle her issue with Madison, she doesn't need you to come to her rescue so YOU should mind your business and let her handle it independently since she is very capable of doing just that.

I totally enjoy the show, and the contributions you make to it. You have made it better than the other realtor with the Justin Bieber haircut, and you have livened things up. Hope you and Heather work out. I am rooting for some real romance on the show!

Dont like your attitude, you need to tone it down

Josh - you can do much better than Heather! You are this hot, well educated, well traveled, extremely successful man - and Heather is totally out of her league with you. On the show, she appears to be very passive and unsure of herself - maybe thats why she left being a realtor in Las Vegas to become an assistant to Madison. All the hand holding and career advice on your end can't change the fact that she is just not cut out for real estate nor a good match for you in a relationship.

Keep focusing on your career - you've made your mark and you need to stay focused. Relationships can wait! Don't rush into this with Heather - she's not worth it! Send her back to Coldwell Banker in Malibu! End of story!

Love the show and how it features all 3 of you with diverse styles and personalities. Don't really care for your cocky attitude but do like the fact that you're a dog lover, which means there's a heart in there somewhere.

Why the immature, jerkish behavior with Josh Flagg? Clearly by his reaction, he didn't know that he had let Heather's secret out of the bag. He gave a plausible explanation for contacting Madison. If anything, Heather should have put on her big girl pants and told Madison up front she was looking instead of sneaking around. Please, you can't blame Madison (or anyone else for that matter) for being hesitant to expand his business in this economy/ real estate market. Her request of him was not a decision to be made lightly. Looking forward to seeing how their relationship and your feud with Madison plays out.

This show is a hoot. Love these guys, all of them. they are all bright, shrewd and totally stylin' in their own ways. Heather is cute but nothing to wite home about. Hope she stays with Madison as he seems to really value her assistant skills and I got the idea that altman only tried to get her on her own to piss Mad off.

Josh just saw the season finale yesterday morning. That was a great show. You know you're my favorite, but you could have left it alone with Josh F. He gave a good explanation for his phone call to Madison. Anyway I'm glad you sold the house for Rick but he was kind of rude to you. You are the real estate expert not him. Hi Josh, I just wanted to say that I love the way you approach your clients... you always make them feeling that you will succeed with their transactions and I think that's a great strategy, you love what you do as much as I do and watching your passion every show inspires me, however, I believe that some times that passion gets out of proportion and you tend to overreact in other areas, like the attitude you had with Mr. Flagg. I understand though that is probably your personality and I guess that's OK, but other than that, I like your style better than Maddison and Josh. Best wishes and success! Paula

That house on MD was great, BUT the WORST furnishings! Are you kidding me? Such a MAN PAD, worst taste ever, that guy was gross and his pad is gross...walk some women thru first before you jump to the "furniture included" - so wrong...I guess money can't buy you taste after all! I was home sick from work one day this week and caught a marathon of your show. I had never watched it before and loved it. I think that your professionalism speaks volumes! It is what makes you so successful. I think that Heather definitely did the right thing. Madison knows that he has a good thing and doesn't want to let her go. You handled yourself very well at the party when he addressed it with you. Good for you!
