Season 4
Season 3
Season 2
Hi kids,
So I loved this episode, because it finally opens up the door to my personal life. If it had been up to Bravo, this would have been done years ago, but because of my own personal insecurities was prolonged until now. So the cat's out of the bag! Thats right... I'm gay! Really it wasn't a secret. I mean hello, I wear silk pajamas! So now you have all met my boyfriend Colton.
The photo shoot was great, and of course Edith gave me great advice as usual about the open house. We will see how that goes next week on the finale of Million Dollar Listing. For now, keep following me on twitter at JoshFlagg1 and check out my first book http://www.asimplegirl.net or my latest book, an autobiography and how to guide at http://www.joshflaggbook.com.
Bye bye!
Josh
I really started liking you mostly because of the interactions with your grandmother.....I like the love you share, the respect and the way you truely take her advice..Watching these moments between the two of you made me really take another look at you and your life.
After this episode I can understand a few more things about you. This was a big step for you and I am proud of you for taking that big step. Although I do not think the 411 was not something many viewers had already known or suspected but the fact you had the inner courage to come out with it, and discussed it with your partner first showed what kind of man you really are,,,,someone who has become his own man and makes no apologies for it. I hope this has lightened your hesitance on keeping your personal stuff so close to the cuff.
You are turning into a beautiful person right before my eyes and now I want to see more of you on MDL.....
Best of luck Josh...Be happy
Josh, you have always been my favorite, I have always been so impressed by your devotion to family. This last episode I must say I am a a bit more than disappointed in you. I am a Southern Baptist woman, married 20 + years, mother of four, grandmother of 2,so I know a bit about life. The man you love is only asking that you no longer hide him away, that you will love him enough to say to the world this is who we are. Trust me love comes along so rarely in life, do not worry about what others will think. Just love and be loved and be unafraid to share it with the world. All My Best Kitty
Josh, you weren't insecure, you just weren't ready to come out. I loved the way you handled it, and just like Ricky Martin, you did it on your terms, not because someone threatened you or pressured you, but when you were ready. I liked that your coming out was not dramatic, with a huge speech, but this is the new gay, and a real milestone in tv history, where it was treated like a non-event, which it should be. Not all gays are going to be wearing rainbow flags, with piercings in their right ears, but are treating their sexuality as a small part of their life.
Josh, Regardless of your personal life you are great! Good for you for being true to yourself. You rock!!
Hi Josh & Colton! Congratulations on the show tonight! Josh, you should be very proud of yourself for coming out as who you really are. You are very lucky to have Colton in your life and he is lucky to have you. It was so sweet how he encouraged you to finally and totally be yourself. True love is very hard to find and keep in this life so treasure it , nurture it and always be there for each other. Be true to yourself and you will never go wrong. You also have the love of a wonderful family and your dear Grandmother so you have it all! I wish you and Colton health, wealth and happiness for always.
Good for you Josh...I know its not easy to come out beyond your family and close friends...Hell, my gay cousin got drunk and then ran around and outed me to all our family and friends at his Holloween party...unmasked in 10 minutes...at least you had editing...anyway...best wishes from one gay realtor to another
Great great episode. Glad Josh revealed himself making him that much stronger of a person :) Cant wait to purchase the book and dig into more of "Josh's" World :)

josh I think your great I love your relationship with your grandmother it's so cute! and I can't wait to order your book :)
Hi Josh...
One of the most important..if not THE most important thing in life..is TO BE YOURSELF...only then can we achieve true happiness!
And I think Dr. Seuss said it best.. "Be Who You Are And Say What You Feel Because Those Who Matter Don't Mind And Those Who Mind Don't Matter"...
HAPPINESS ALWAYS....
Glad you finally decided to show your true colors. I'm so happy for you two. My partner used to know Colton through a group of friends 5 years back or so, and I'm happy you two are doing well. :)
-Kyle
You did things just right...in your time and not just for the show. You seem so much more mature and adult since you first began on the show. Good luck can't wait for the next season with you on it!
Congratulations Josh......I am so proud of you, not that you needed my approval but I had always wondered about your lovelife. I also thank you for sharing your true feelings about the situation to the fans of the show. It was refreshing to hear your honesty. Unfortunately in this day and age, being labeled can be difficult in the business world. Your choice to keep your private life private was honorable. I hope that you can show Colton that you are proud to be HIS partner. He is a gem especially for being that +1 at events! Good luck...you deserve to be happy!!!! Say Hi to your Grandma for me...I love her!!!
Congratulations Josh!!! My sister and I think your great and we can't wait to read your book..I already knew you were gay though :)
I am sorry that you felt the need to conceal who you are. I am glad that you now feel confident and comfortable to be you.
Colton is adorable! You're very lucky to have such a supportive partner and a loving, supportive family.
Josh - Congrats on coming out to the world! :) I just want to say that I absolutely adore your relationship with your grandmother, simply beautiful and sincere. I repect my grandma the same way, I wish more people respected thier elders as you do yours. Blessings and continued success in both your personal and professional life. tnt
Josh, Congrats on your decision to come out of the closet about being gay!! I have to say I didn't see that one coming but then again I always wondered why you didn't have a girlfriend. Best of luck to you and I look forward to reading your book.
Wow Josh, what a great episode. All the pieces of the puzzle have come together and what a great picture it is. It's nice to see gay life represented by such refinement, ambition and success. I just love you and your grandmother. The two of you make great television . Keep up the great work. And best wishes to you and Colton. Ciao, Vondale M. Trahan
Josh - It is what it is - you are what you are - you should never care about anything - just be proud of all that you have done in your life and you should never ever care about anything negative that people say. All that matters are the positive. You are loved by your family and the people that matter. That is what count. You are very good at what you do, are very kind to those that are important to you - that is enough. When I see you with your wonderful grandmother, I see all that is necessary about Josh Flagg. I wish you nothing but the very best in your life.
Josh,
I think you are wise to always be asking your grandma advice and taking to heart every word she says your relationship with her so special .You and Madison are my favorite from start but you coming out to world your own way is great change people thoughts Gays inspiration to all people be yourself that's what it's all about.
wow...i just got finished watching the new episode later on tonight and I never EVER expected this...The reason why I have watched million dollar listing and became a fan a long time ago was because of you JOSH Flagg...you were inspiring because you work so hard, among other things... And now you coming out has made you even more inspiring. This really did shock me and to be honest i thought you were kinda cute, eventhough i thought i knew you were straight. Congrats Josh, you keep 1 up'ing everything. You are truly amazing.

Josh, you have been my favorite since day one! The fact that you have openly and courageously exposed your personal life has no effect on your business profession. I hope that what ever weight you had on your shoulders is lifted and you can just be who you are without concealing who you are.
I watch and am educated, entertained, and love to see more airtime on your negotiating skills (Please pass that on). It's a great contrast between you and the other Josh who I feel has his own successful style. But if I had 13 million to buy a house (It wouldn't be the one Lord Hayes has :)...), I would certainly choose you.
Love your grandmother and the personal bond you too share. She is a great mentor and your devotion to her is heartfelt. Her devotion to you is immeasurable!
God Bless,
Chuck
You have always been my favorite. I find you absolutely adorable, and am so glad you opened up that part of your life.
Congratulations on your big reveal! You have been fun to watch this season. Love how you interact with your grandmother and the housekeeper at the victorian house. Best wishes to you and Colton.
Josh...
You are my favorite on the show!!! Congrat's on coming out!!!! It is the right thing to do!!!
I love to watch your relationship with your grandma and now hopefully we can see your relationship with Coulton grow....It seems as thought you love each other very much and are accepting of each other!!! Any relationship would thrive on that!!!
Look forward to seeing you with your family and in your business....You are a Great Person!!!!
Hi Josh & Colton last night episode was great! Totally understand why you waited. Kudos to you and Colton. Coming out isnt easy, i been with my partner for 32 years and coming out in 1979 wasnt easy. Oy gay! For a long time, we were debating whether the silk PJs and close relationship with your grandmother had to do with being gay or being Jewish. But we did eventually figure it out, and it was both! I must say, this season is sooo much better for you than last. Last season seemed like production was putting you up to lame shenanigans that seemed totally staged and random. It was almost unwatchable. Maybe that was all part of not being yourself though. This season, you're authentic again, and fun to watch. Funny enough, since Madison came out (big surprise!), he's been getting on our nerves like Lee press-on nails to a chalkboard. We just want to shake him violently and slap him across the face a few times so he'll snap out of his soft-spoken, giggly trance. Keep up the great work, and congrats on being part of the show.

Last season, it seemed production was making you do random shenanigans that seemed totally unreal and almost unwatchable. Maybe that was all part of not being true to yourself though. This season, you've blossomed and are really authentic, and fun to watch. I wish I could say the same for Madison, but ever since HE came out, he's been annoying us like Lee press-on-nails to a chalkboard. I want to shake him and slap him across the face to get him out of his emotionless, giggly trance. Thanks for making the show worth watching, and congrats on being part of it.
I agree with so many of the positive comments previously posted. All I can say is continue to be who you are and living a life that makes you happy. That's all that truly matters in this world.
All the best,
- P
congratulations on coming out on your own terms. i know u and colton are going to share a new phase in your life and its going to be greater that ever. josh i was watching the show last night and was not surprised that josh is gay. always seems like something was missing in his life. he sleeps with his dog and is very close to his grandmother and wears silk pajamas
Josh , you are good @ what you do homie and I am not a gay man but your passion in your work really shows !!! I bet your a Leo because I am a leo !!! Keep winning my man ~ yours True Self
Josh,
I'm always so excited to see you on MDL. You have a wonderful personality and seem like such a genuine person. I read your book on my kindle last week before it came out in paperback, so I wasn't surprised by your coming out last night. But I think you're so inspirational for others questioning whether to come out or not. I love that it is part of you but does not define you. You truly are remarkable to watch. You and Colton make a beautiful couple. Best of luck. The finale hasn't even aired and I can't wait to see more of you next season.
Oh Josh! I had a feeling this was coming after last weeks episode... Why oh why do you have to be gay? Haha! I don't mean that in a negative way... it's just us ladies keep losing all the good ones. ;) Anyhoo, I truly am amazed by the courage it must have taken to open up that part of your life to all of us. I will be looking forward to your book, as you are the main reason I watch MDL. I find you fascinating and exciting... as well as your grandmother! And I dont know how much we'll see of Colton... but I dont mind looking at those beautiful dimples! XOXOX
Josh,
It was no secret. I am glad you did it on your own terms and not as a result of some TMZ-type scandal. Cheers to you and Colton!
i cant believe anyone would think josh is anything but gay. he wears silk pajamas, sleeps with his dog and his best fried is his gradmother.has anyone else missed this? congratulations on your coming out josh and your new part of your life with josh and its going be agreat one
