Now that i am on, I just love reality shows.  Ever since MTV's.  But Bravo, you keep being fresh.  I have a question though.  Besides Andys show and some very good actors that have on, what do they say?  M

Now that I am on.  Madison has gone through turmoil.  1. He let his girl go.  Did anyone catch that they had a history, family vacations, 2. Business and alot  time together.  U know u share with associates in  a small company or large.  Hence, a really good friend.  3. Some girls open up emotionally.   Madison is a listener.   Hence the reason he has recurrent members/clients.  I believe in this guy. My heart is on this man.  If I want to buy real estate I will hope that you will help.  4. Did ya'll see the dog he lost memorial?  Okay!  Watch it, it has dimensions I saw.  1. the loss of his puppy dog, then 2. Heather showing up.  I am sure you saw something.  I want to go surfing with you.  M

I have to say all I watch is Bravo. I love Bravo. However I do not like your program. Nothing at all interesting or worth watching. There is only 2 programs on Bravo that I will not watch and yours is one of them. Petty, unrealistic, garbage. Sorry but what a waste of air time. Bravo take this show off and give us another Housewives program. Housewives of Vegas???

Wow, after posting my comment I see that almost all other comments were pro Madison and anti Heather/Josh.  If you remember, Madison is the one that encouraged Josh to pursue Heather.  I guess if the tv fans like you enough, they won't hold you accountable. 

In the entire season, the only thing heather did wrong was not tell Madison about the listing meeting that Altman was taking her on. Madison is the only one who felt that he couldn't carry on a professional relationship with Altman simply because of personal issues that Madison had with Altman. 

THE ONLY THING ALTMAN DID WAS BEGIN A ROMANTIC RELATIONSHIP WITH HEATHER.  Any man would have encouraged Heather to pursue a career selling as opposed to continuing as Madison's assistant and cheerleader.  One could even argue the point that Madison is not being a very good friend to Heather by attempting to hold her back.

Madison, until this season you were my favorite in each previous season (i've watched seasons 1,4, and 5 in the last few weeks).  I know that the show does not show everything that goes on between you and heather.  What we do see on the show is that you put off a discussion about Heather's move to selling and when you discovered that she had interviewed with other agencies you wanted to convince her that she was somehow being disloyal to you.  I'm sure you paid her well, but who in their right mind would not prefer to be an agent as opposed to an assistant?  You asking Heather to be satisfied with being your assistant was completely self serving.  While you are cheered here an on the show for always being in control of yourself, it is clear that Josh Altman rattles you.  In the bar scene you asked him to keep his nose out of your business.  Well, if Heather is asking his advice, he has no obligation to you to give her advice which benefits you. In fact, if he would he'd be doing a disservice to Heather regardless of the scope of their relationship.   Regrettably, this season has not shone a flattering light on you.   I understand that you hate that you've lose a friend.  When you take time to reflect on this, you'll see that it is you that pushed Heather away from you, not Josh pulling her towards him. 

I just discoveed your show and have been watching reruns back to back. Needless to say, I love it completely! Madison, I am continually impressed with the way you always take the high road and refuse to get involved in acting like a spoiled child. You are my favorite for sure and I am praying for your continued success and contentment in life.

Heather is so fake. She really thought you'd be lost without her. She tried squeezing you for money, under the direction of her new svengali, acting as if she had all kinds of options.Where are they? He was trying to hurt your business or at the very least cause problems for you. Now she's gone, still trying to squeeze you for money, and Her tutor still isn't happy. You will always have something that he want.  See how long it takes for her to get in his pocket. Love you and Flagg on the show. . Rise above this muck and say good riddance. 

Madison.... you're a class act.  Keep up the good work.  I think you make your parents proud.

Heather did you wrong and I think in the future she will see that. I don;t think Josh is into her He is more into the competition  and not her. I think you are the most honest and caring one on the show. I admire your integrity, Don't ever lose that. Josh and Heather are not worth it.

Madison you are a classy person. I think itʻs unreal that Heather has no loyalty. I laugh because Altman and her wonʻt last..friendships can be forever...longer than relationships that are built around material instead of spiritual binding. There is many of people who can take her job and probably do it better than she does.

I feel that her friendship meant more to you, even if you did not really one to say... I think you were hurt.

Keep your head up, there is money to be made. Stay cool and classy.

Heather was not right to do what she did to that nice young man Madision. She knows better not to elope with the compition of fellow Realtors! Shes just riding shirt tails to get ahead, but Josh is to smitten to fiqure that out. He thinks its love. LOL Your being used dude!

Aside from my sister, you are my favorite realtor. Heather is fortunate to have such a caring boss! And you have been so competent at dealing with unexpected situations, such as the psychic showing up with your client. I wish you happiness always and look forward to seeing you next season. This season you have become my favorite person on the show. You show that you do not necessarily have to be domineering and aggressive to clinch the sale. Your low key manner and loyalty to your clients come through so clearly in this season. It would have been good if you had listened to Heather the first time she spoke to you but I am glad that you worked it out with her! She seems to be loyal to you and both of you make a great team.

REMEMBER, EVERYONE is replaceable when it comes to work. Friendship is something else. If Heather has such great potential, and you seriously do not want to expand to Hollywood, then let Josh Altman hire her!!

I'm a relatively new viewer (just picked up the show last year). I like your style and your absolute west coast cool. I know that there was probably a lot more to it than what we, the viewers, saw, but I think that the Heather situation was brought on by Heather. She went to Altman for advice and he, being who he is, gave it to her. She seems to want to stay with you. Open up another West Hollywood office. She can help you make mo money!! Look forward to seeing you next year. BTW, the psychic thing was kinda spooky!

Glad that you and Heather worked it out. Josh A. was out of line when he attached Josh F. Heather is a GROWN woman and she can handle her issue with you, she doesn't need Josh A. to come to her rescue so HE should mind his business and let her handle it independently since she is very capable of doing just that.

I think you should fire Heather. Regardless if she felt you wouldn't approve going behind you back shows bad character. Also acting as though she didn't know what you were talking about is even worse. You did it and got caught own it girl. What if she got a job offer? How would she explain that? She thinks she's being smart but not really. Not only does she look bad to you but future employers-hello national tv. They will see if she doesn't get what she wants she'll go behind your back and get it. Who wants an untrustworthy, sneaky employee. It's good her new man is encouraging to better herself, but they did it all wrong. Plus I think he has underlying motives for wanting Heather to leave your office.

OMG! That psychic completely surprised you! At first you looked a little frightened that she may come upon something that would send the buyer the other way, but what I like about you is that you just join in and go for it! I've loyally watched the show since it started on Bravo. I'm also a Realtor (11 years now) and I enjoy watching the show every week to see how you and the other Realtors do things in CA. It's definitely different than we do things here in IL. Keep up the good work and stay true to yourself and your Business.

Madison. LOVE this show. I don't know how I missed it for three years!!! But, I'm a fan as of this season. You all are great and your chemistry is SO "on fire" with the negotiations, the back and forth, the intrigue. It's a very decadent show and kind of fun to peer into how the OTHER Other-Half lives. You seem like the coolest boss in the world. I hope this show stays on the air. I LOVE it!!!!

You have always been my favorite, however how you behaved with Heather and Josh....very juvenile. You were hurt by Heather possibly leaving...instead of communicating that to her, you took it out and blamed Josh. I think his motives are simple...he likes Heather, it's not about you!

Just have to tell you, I just found your show a few weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon and my partner and I are hooked! We love you and think the show is great! We are looking for a place in Venice, florida and wish you could be our realtor. Hopefully one day we can get to meet you.

I agree with this comment. You are a fantastic agent and a great looking model. But it seems that some times it is more about you and your great look. It should really be all about your clients. And perhaps you should support Heather on her move after 2 long years of making the long commute.

We would like to see more interaction between Madison & Josh Flagg. Their chemistry is strong in those rare instances when we've seen them together. Also, are we ever going to see Dr. Sam again? He and Flagg had something too. We're not feelin' the whole Altman/Heather thing. Madison needs to hire a HOT male assistant to replace Heather, then things will get interesting!

Hi Madison - I loved the season finale. All of you guys were great! You have been a good boss to Heather but it's time for her to advance her career. With Josh A. it's not about making you mad or jealous it's about Heather - he really likes her and vice versa. You have no reason to be jealous or anything - you and Josh A have distinct personalities and ways you conduct business. I think both of you care about Heather and she should consider herself blessed! I hope to see you again next season. All of you guys mesh well together and you are all unique and FABULOUS!!!!!!!!
