How romantic... Josh Altman pulls out all the stops to impress my assistant Heather. It turns out, she was impressed and decided to plant one on him. I saw sparks, did you? It was quite entertaining to watch the two of them fidget around while flirting, but I will not forgive the "Mom, call me at dinner" scene. Ridiculous to think that this was going to just sneak through the cracks like it was a coincidence. This scene made me think Josh Altman's mom is his number one woman, not Heather, or any other woman for that matter. So, I confronted him. I loved it. Heather really is like a sister to me -- and at this point I am not looking for a brother-in-law.
I am glad Josh Flagg struck a deal with the lovely Candis Cayne. That was a colorful bunch -- and I think Josh Flagg is starting to show his true colors.
And let me just say how much I love Lydia Simon, the agent who brought me in on the listing in the Russian neighborhood. The newspaper transalation scene was awkwardly funny, but even funnier is that it worked! People showed up from the ad -- I was truly surprised. I guess good old newspaper advertising is still the way to go for certain neighborhoods. Yet again, another high pressure real estate deal. Good times.

Madison...I have been in the real estate business for 30 years. I have to tell you it is refreshing to see a show where the Real Estate Agents are REAL! I know way too many agents in Florida who could learn from you. I respect you for all of the effort you put into selling. Keep up the good work.
Madison!! Can you help me? I love the theme song for your show but I've been searching for the song name and artist and having no luck! Do you happen to know what it is? Or anyone for that matter?? love you and the show!!!
Your my favorite! But I teach my daughters to watch how a man treats their own family ,especially Mom! Because if they treat their own family with kindness and respect. Then more likely they will treat their girl friend or wife the same way. So dont panic, I know you care for Heather. Let her enjoy him and just be there for her and be her good friend to her!!
Hi Madison, im so craving the cookies you make when you have your home showings please tell me where you buy them they look delicious. And by the way you are awesome!
I think you're a great guy...handsome, smart, and you have a good heart too. I however don't agree with your take on Josh Altman. I think his intentions are honorable, and that he truly likes Heather. Give the guy a chance! I don't think he's out to hurt you, or anyone else for that matter.
Thanks, and the best of luck to you.
I love the show but i don't get to see it all the time. Can antone tell me what happened to the guy with the dog he took every where ? I forgot his name;
Hey Josh, I know you guys film these shows about a year back so are Josh and Heather still together? Or do we have to watch and see what happens? Inquiry minds want to know!
Hi Madison...love you on the show. But from what they have shown Josh Altman seems like a good guy. The fact that he is so concerned about his mother makes it seem like he is not a "player". Hopefully it is true. Good luck!
Hi Madison, I didn't watch last season, but I love the show so much this season.You are a doll and my favorite.I'm amazed as to how successful you are at such a young age.Wonderful! I love your personality...sweet, funny, so smart without being arrogant!Not to be nosy but I read that you're gay but for awhile you weren't sure or you were bi, can you clear this up ?i would never have mentioned this if I hadn't read it already.You are what you are and whatever that is , it's good enough for me.Loving you!
You are definitely a go getter, I really can appreciate your hard work and do what it takes to sell thinking- I really feel you have great ways of thinking outside the box for advertising adn such. WOuld you guys ever come to Oregon to help sell a home that won't budge??? We would love to get tips form experts like you guys who are doing so well in such a down market! We def dont haev a million dollar listing but we could really use the help!! I wish you continued success and a better market in the coming years!
I believe you are so sincere and so very nice. I would love to have an agent like you when we decide to sell our home and buy another.
You are my fav on the show. I would trust you the most if I was looking for a house and you were my realtor. You are gorgeous also. Love from New York
Madison - Your entire handling of the Josh -Heather first date was a great disappointment. You overplayed your hand badly with absolutely no evidence of collusion between Josh and his mother regarding her phone call to him during the date. And on the strength of zero evidence you brand him a liar and thus unnecessarily sully his reputation on national television. Why would anyone do that and then seek to mask it all by claiming you see Heather as your sister. A real brother wouldn't risk alienating a sister's chances in a budding romance, particularly when a "brother" doesn't know how far Heather's relationship with Josh might go. Bad form to the core, Madison. You need to do better than that. Your response was more the queen than the brother.
Madison I think your take on Josh Altman was right on target. He seems to be doing all the talking and thinking for Heather. It's a shame that she let Altman drive a wedge between you two. She can deny it all she wants, but I think Josh just wanted to stir up trouble. If there was nothing to hide Heather would have been straight up with you before going on interviews, and Altman getting pissed at Josh Flagg for doing something that any normal person would do. One thing I did notice at the end of the season was that Josh Altmen DID NOT even open the car door for Heather. Some gentleman.
