Showdown: Round One

Madison's wary of Josh Altman's intentions regarding Heather.

By Madison Hildebrand

How romantic... Josh Altman pulls out all the stops to impress my assistant Heather. It turns out, she was impressed and decided to plant one on him. I saw sparks, did you? It was quite entertaining to watch the two of them fidget around while flirting, but I will not forgive the "Mom, call me at dinner" scene. Ridiculous to think that this was going to just sneak through the cracks like it was a coincidence. This scene made me think Josh Altman's mom is his number one woman, not Heather, or any other woman for that matter. So, I confronted him. I loved it. Heather really is like a sister to me -- and at this point I am not looking for a brother-in-law.

I am glad Josh Flagg struck a deal with the lovely Candis Cayne. That was a colorful bunch -- and I think Josh Flagg is starting to show his true colors.

And let me just say how much I love Lydia Simon, the agent who brought me in on the listing in the Russian neighborhood. The newspaper transalation scene was awkwardly funny, but even funnier is that it worked! People showed up from the ad -- I was truly surprised. I guess good old newspaper advertising is still the way to go for certain neighborhoods. Yet again, another high pressure real estate deal. Good times.
