Let me wrap up with a note on a little ugliness from tonight, and guys take note -- there are two words that you never (ever) call a woman, and you know what those words are: "bitch" and "see you next Tuesday." I think my jaw hit the floor when I heard this, but I have to admit that Courtney did a way better job than I would have if someone called me that. I love my baby brother, Drew, but I would have probably launched him over the balcony. Listen up, Drew -- never under any circumstances call a woman either of those words! Just remove them from your vocabulary; life will be so much better that way, I promise.
I would love to hear your thoughts, so please follow me on Twitter @taraharper01 or www.taralharper.com. Xoxo!
Tara, I absolutely LOVE you... I also rescue- mostly "pit bulls" I have a total of 9 dogs at my house. I know that feeling of saving a life as most of mine came off the E-List and were "new hoped" at the county shelter and humane society. I look into my dogs faces and the feeling is Indescribable. God bless you for all the work you do. If you are ever in Phoenix I would love to have you come to an adoption event. Now as for Jodie (hope that's the right spellling). He is such a sweetheart and seems to really like you. Please don't listen to Courtney and her lame opinions. She is just deep down jealous that you have someone that respects you and adors you. You are smart for choosing a guy like this. You are so beautiful and he is cute but not exactly HOT... but take it from me- I picked the younger- hotter guy and well that's not really worked out so well. God bless and take care..
Wow Tara, somehow in all of this Dallas fluff, you seem to be quite legit. You have an awesome passion for animals and your charity work is pretty amazing. Don't know why you continue to support Drew knowing that he sort of explodes emotionally on your other friends. I wouldn't have allowed him to call my friend either of those words! I know you were lady-like and stayed out of it, but damn, Drew needs to grow up. He's giving you a bad reputation...
Tara you are amazing I love this show I hope it brings lots of donations to paws in the city. I live in California but I do get out to Dallas to visit family I defiantly want to visit paws in the city. Hope bravo sees they finally have a great show!!!
Tara , You know what you want . Now go and get it ! You have a HUGE heart . Your compassion for animals , doesn't even show your full compacity of how you would be as a wife and a mother. If you like someone LIKE THEM . Don't listen to Courtney . I think it's time for you to live your life . Still have friends . But get serious on your own about your relationships . You don't need others approval . You are the only one on here that seems to be well balanced . . . .
Tara, I am also so grateful for the work you do for animals. Perhaps I am missing some of the story, but I am so curious why you returned Elliott to his neglectful owner. I can't imagine he will actually receive the proper medication and treatment if he had been so mistreated previously. Perhaps that was your only option, for some reason? Keep up the great work and love to see a strong, secure woman on these reality shows, which usually highlight the most outrageous people :)
Tara. I love that you have such a passion for rescuing dogs and cats (animals). But I would not get in the habit of breaking into folks property if the owner is not home. I know you aren't concerned about the legality aspect of it. Because you cannot sneak on to property with a lock cutter and take property from another individual. You know this..... Love you on the show though. Very genuine of the lot. So Pretty.
So gorgeous and kind to everyone - a true southern lady! I admire all your rescue work. Loved when Drew helped you rescue that precious dog! I also love how protective you are with Drew, I feel he needs someone like you in his life right now. You truly have a heart of gold! As for Courtney, she is sadly so inappropriate I would be embarassed to be out with her. I wouldn't take any of her jealous advice!
You are amazing! Love your love for animals!! I love animals too! Dogs and cats especially and cannot stand to see any of them abused or homeless! Tara, you truly have the biggest HEART! I love how passionate you are about your charity! We need so many more people like you in this world!
I am surprised by the men you date. They seem so much older than you. The two guys I saw you with look 50 something? Tara, go for guys your age or at least in their 40s. You definitely deserve a great man who can appreciate you. Courtney was sweet the way she said you are like this hot blonde etc.... and she was funny in one of the episodes when she asked if the guy with the goatee could lose it in 10 days. That was hilarious. Anyway....you got class! So keep on being classy and maybe it will rub off on Courtney, Drew and MATT !!! Loll
Take care, Kim San Diego, CA
Tara, I love love love you on the show! You are beautiful inside and out and you have such an amazing big heart. I admire your love for animals and you brought tears to my eyes when I watched the episode where you rescued the cute doggie. Thank you for loving these doggies unconditionally just like they love you the same in return if not more! Keep up the great work and I hope to visit your wonderful shelter in Dallas soon, I live in Houston :) take care and love the show because of you!
